Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry/PCC block masonry, built in cement or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete including removal of debris to outside MD land, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry 1:3:6 type C1 (20mm graded aggregate) with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering cement plaster 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of block masonry wall surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In -Charge.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type and in any position complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F GI wire chain link fencing minimum 3mm thick (excluding PVC coat), 1mm PVC coated ( thickness of coating) 75 X 75mm mesh size, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n.exc 5 cm long, diameter of neck 5 to 10 mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Mild steel round bars 10 mm dia and over as in strengthening bars for chain link fencing conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down of galvanized existing concertina coil of size 1050 mm dia and re-fixing in same position at any height with using GI hooks/ GI Wire fixed in PCC proper line/alignment etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 100mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in path/flooring, laid in alternate bays with and including construction joints, complete all as specified and as directed.

Forming contraction joints (Dummy) 30mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound Grade 'B'.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for.

S&F mild steel Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing boltspsots and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified.

S&F rolled mild steel Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-B in framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete.

S & F in repair hot dip Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia, barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 100 mm spacing and straining and fixing to fencing posts, any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples, or steel nibs, pins etc, complete (each line of wire shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F 1050 mm dia (dia of coil when unstretched) punched tape razor blade hot dip galvanised barbed concertina coil (50 turns per coil ) weight approx 15.25 kg (+/-5%) expandable 8 to 10 m, with medium bars of barb length 24 (+/-) mm, pitch between two barbs 35(+/-) mm, width of barb back 13mm, thickness of the tape is 0.5 mm dia of the spring core wire is 2.6 mm as fencing to steel post/struts fixed with nibs including fixing with special galvanized fastener such as J clips, C clips, u clips, complete all as specified and as directed ID) Engineer-in - charge.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified.

M&L for applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS-15489:2004, Alkali & Fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 Litre/10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 Sqm over old plastered surfaces in camouflaged pattern complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cement Concrete Type B1 1:2:4 (12.5mm grade aggregate) in Copings kneelers, apex stones, kerbs etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed, including use & waste of fair finished formwork.

Excavation in Post holes not exceeding 0.5 cum getting out returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exc 25cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m and making good surface in soft/disintegrated rocks complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type 2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling, mass concrete complete.
