IMPROVEMENT TO DRAINAGE SYSTEM OF BPs AND ASSOCIATED SERVICES IN TECHNICAL AREA AT AF STN NALIYA

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and pavings n.exc 15cm thick (below or above ground level) including removing demolised material out of Military station.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) over areas (exc. 30cm in depth,1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m, in all kind of soil as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for earth work in excavation over areas by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) (exc. 30cm in depth,1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50m and exc 1.5m deep and n.exc 3.0 m , and getting out in soft rock as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concreting and bed concrete etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for TMT mild steel bars 10mm dia and over cut to length,bent to shape required and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for TMT mild steel bars but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and bindersbent to shape required and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for formwork (rough finished) to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of column, plinth beam and similar works complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Form work to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to batter etc. with rough finished.

M & L for formwork (fair finished) to soffits of suspended slabs, floor slabs, landing slabs and similar work exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal and sloping) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for reinforced cement concrete M-30 design mix (20 mm graded aggregate) Grade Design mix concrete to footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for RCC (M-30 Design Mix) (20 mm graded aggregate) for Walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttresses all as specified and as directed.

M & L for RCC (M-30 Design Mix) (20 mm graded aggregate) for Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete.

Removing excavated material upto 1.5km beyond 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5m above the starting point for any type of soil.

M & L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry type C1 1:3:6 with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC Type C1 1:3:6 (20mm graded aggregate) as in copings including use and waste of formwork, complete all as directed.

M & L for Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F MS works for cover Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde-E-165.

M & L for two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of aluminium red oxide zinc chromate primer over steel surface.

S & F 150mm dia High density polyethylene pipes (HDPE) of pressure rating 6 kgf/cm2 as in weep holes all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonary, built in CM including all quions, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified.

S & F Steel bars 6 to 8mm dia & over of grade Fe 500d CRS bar including cutting, bending and placing in position with binding wire.

M & L for 10mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4 brick or on concrete surfaces of wall and finishing the surfaces fair and even without using extra cement all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for Cement concrete type B-1,1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as in surface channels complete.

S & F 100mm dia High density polyethylene pipes (HDPE) of pressure rating 6 kgf/cm2 as in weep holes all as specified and directed.

M & L for Hardcore of guage exc 63mm but n exc. 100 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface as in invert filter in wall all as specified and directed.

M & L for Graded coarse aggregate of 20mm graded size as in invert filter all as specified and directed.

M & L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation as in invert filter all as specified and directed.

M & L for stone Boulder pitching, laid dry ,hand packed tightly and grouted with cement and sand mortar 1:6 all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of brick work or stone/boulder masonary, built in CM including all quions, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified.

M & L for Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F mild steel angle iron and fillets including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 all as specified and as directed.

S & F Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) including removal of old unservicebale barbed wire.

S & F in repairs 1050mm dia (dia of coil when unstreched) punched tape razor blade galvanised barbed concertina coil (50 turns per coil) weight approx 15.25 kg (+/- 5% ) expandable 8 to 10m,with medium bars 13mm,thickness of the tape is .5mm dia of the spring core wire is 2.6mm as fencing to steel post/struts fixed with nibs including fixing with special galvanised fastener such as J clips, C clips, u clip, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for preperation of new plastered surface of wall ,and applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint (Weather Proof) Camouflage pattern having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces.
