M & L for preparing surface of existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat using paving bitumen viscosity grade VG-10 primer at the rate of 5kg per 10 sqm all specfied and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for providing premix bituminous concrete 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content VG-30,by weight of total mix, laid by mechanical paver and hot mix plant, levelled,rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 tonne capacity power roller to a uniform gradient and camber smooth surface complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge.

M & L for repair to pot holes any depth.not exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud,or water,scoring sunken surfaces in roads,paths,etc,cuttings around edges to at least 25 mm in depth,making good by filling in screened & graded road metal,watering and well ramming(including supply of road materials) complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying approx 1.5mm thick and 100 mm wide broad marking strips (retro-reflective) of specified shade/colour using hot thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe ,glass beads dispensar, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater ,driven by experienced operator on road surface inluding cost of material , labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals,oil, grease and foreign material etc complete as per the direction of Engineer- in -charge and accoradance with applicable specification complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge.

S&F Cate eyes (glow studs ),heavy duty ,integral steam reflective PVC with elegant finish of size 100mmX100mmX20mm high fixed by adhesive to the road surface the road studs should have reflective filled on two sides of the studs complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

S&F illuminating rod made out of 50mm bore MS pipe, wall thickness 1.6mm, 850mm long, top 600mm length of pipe dellineated to have retro reflective tape of 100mm wide bands alternate in red and white shade, the bottom 250mm long pipe shall be embedded in and including provision of foundation of size 300mmx 300x 300mm with cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded aggregate). MS Plate 5mm thick , 60mm dia welded to pipe at bottom, including tarring of embedded items and remaining provided with coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, refilling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n.exc. 25cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and making good surface in hard/dense soil.

Demolition of Cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n. exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) all as specfied and directed.

M & L for 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (40 mm graded aggregates)as in sub base for interlocking tiles complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge.

M & L for dry screen sand filling under tiles laid in layers n.exc 30mm thick spread,levelled and ramming including watering and consolidation all as Specified directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F 60mm thick (M-35 mix) gloss laker coated rubber mould interlocking tiles (paver blocks red & yellow colour topping) conforming to IS-15658-2006 laid dry over 30mm copacted sand bed, size & pattern of tiles all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make: Supreme/Mehtab/Lucky as approved by GE.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 Type B-1 (using 20mm aggregate) as in edge coping to tiles complete all as Specified directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F in repairs solar stud made out of Aluminium housing and precast construction solar powered by SIEMENS monocrystal solar panel 2W 120mA type of battery NI-CD 1.2V 2500 m AH & flash rate 2 Hz or 70 Hz view distance over 300 mtr. Fitted with 2 Hz EL-805-3 picces each side on 2 ends total 6 pieces LEDs, flashing up to 12 hours of light at Night and solar battery automatically charge in day / sun light duly fixed with cement and hardner. 125 X 125 X 85mm. in Red / Yellow colours complete all as specified and directed.
