Excavation in trenches in soft / loose soil not exceeting 1.5 Mtr wide and not exceding 1.5 Mtr in depth and getting out for taking out / laying of cables, erection of poles / strut / stays etc and not exceeding 10 sqm on plan complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in the soft / loose soil including spreading, levelling, watering and ramming in layers not exc. 25 cms complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soft / loose soil) not exceeding 50 Mtr away and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning in cable trenches over & under the cables, with river washed coarse sand, as per standard practice with proper compaction complete all as specified and directed. (Punned thickness 18 cm shall be considered for payment as per para 19.75 of SSR Part-I).

Supply and fix precast concrete cable covers class LV type 1, flat size 250 x 150 x 40 mm M-20 grade concrete for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix and jointing and connecting XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade of the following cross sectional area 16 Sqmm 2 Core complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Excavation, earth work, sand coushioning, precast cable cover etc shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate items of Sch 'A').

All as per Srl item No. 6 here - in - before but size 25 Sqmm 4 core

Dismantlling old ACSR conductor of any size from the poles of any size and type and Supplying, fixing, jointing, connecting and testing ACSR conductor of any size, any type as per the existing size and type and stringing the same properly on the insulators and binding with the aluminium wire, connectors, jumpers etc on pole and properly stretched complete all as specified and directed. Note :- 3 % sag between two adjacent poles shall be added at the time of measurment and payment to the contractor of this item.complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, test and commissioning of conventional fire alarm control panel single loop 02 Zone with battery charging circuit and power supply unit having provision for audio and Digital display indication for FIRE FAULT, OPEN/SHORT EARTH CIRCUIT. The panel shall be factory made 1.6mm thick CRCA powder coated enclosure, test facilities and shall have 2 x 12 volts 32 AH SMF battery set for eight hours contineous back up incase of mains failure complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, test and commissioning of manual call box (Pill box) made of 16 SWG CRCA sheet having single LED indications and release type push button within case of FIRE BRAKE GLASS printed on front cover and having hammer and chain complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, test and commissioning of medium intensity electronic hooter (Siren) cum speaker made of 16 SWG CRCA sheet with Philips/Ahuja make speaker and circuit having an output of 80 DBs and painted FIRE ALARM on top cover with fire red finish complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, test and commissioning of centrifugal type bi-directional horizontally mounted siren of 1.5 KM range operational on single phase 230 Volt, 50 Hz complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay PVC insulated FRLS single core copper cable of size 2x1.5 Sqmm + 1x1.0 sqmm earth wire with steel conduit including complete accessories of dia 25 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay PVC insulated FRLS single core copper cable of size 2x2.5 Sqmm + 1x1.5 sqmm earth wire with steel conduit including complete accessories of dia 25 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix smoke detector with base complete all as directed.

Material and labour in replacement for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less' than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia (main earthing lead) by means of galvanized bolts, nuts and washers all as shown in electrical plate no 3 of MES Schedule Part-I (2009) with connected to earth test point & to main switch board etc with & including adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt all around earth plate, test point of phosphorous bronze / gun metal of size 75 mmx 75 mm x25 mm, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded black trap/granite/Basalt stone aggregate) for earth pit with 40 x 40 x 6mm mild steel angle iron frame for cover, pre cast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded black trap/granite/Basalt stone aggregate) 40mm thick cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars 3 Nos both way with 12mm dia round bar handle, GI medium grade watering pipe 15 mm dia with funnel and wire mesh, and 40 mm dia GI medium grade earth lead protection pipe, complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : Earth strip and its protection pipe upto and including 7.5 mtr only from the top of earth electrode are included under this item and additional earth strip/protection pipe etc.

S&F pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two GI washers and one iron nut, 100mm height, 65mm dia for 1100 Volts grade, fixed on LT lines poles etc complete all as specified and as directed

S &F for Shackle Type, 75mm height and 90mm dia, Porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including galvanised mild steel straps 31mm x 3mm, washers, insulator bolts 12mm dia with suitable washers and nuts for working pressure 1100 Volts grade, fixed on LT lines poles etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cross arms, bracings, supports clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparing the surface all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, fixing, connecting & testing energy efficient LED street light fitting (Module system) having nominal power consumption 45 watt with lamps, IP protection 65, fixed with existing GI bracket made to shape and size to poles etc with two nos of suitable clamps and connecting to over head lines with using 2.5 sqm aluminium conductor PVC insulated twin core weather proof cable etc including taking down old fittings etc complete all as specified and directed. Make : Havells Endura Pearl Neo 45W or equivalent of makes mentioned in CA.

Supply and laying Galvanised iron strip 32 x 6mm burried in ground complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement GI tubing light grade with all fittings laid in ground / PCC Hard Standing for GI cable and strip protection size 40 mm dia complete al as specified and directed. Note :- The retreived materials have been mentioned in the Sch of credit in the tender documents in pdf form. The amount of Sch of credit will be deducted offline from the amount of BOQ at the time of acceptance.
