Mobile van with LED Display
• One Mobile van with specification:- 12 feet X 8 feet. Hiring charges for one day (Mobile van will travel minimum 60 kms per day) • L.E.D (P6 or better) (8ft x 5ft ) screen fitted in the projection mobile van with clear vision at day light with minimum brightness of 5000 nits • Display façade (static/ digital) containing public information panels with ability of dynamic messaging system. Aesthetic Decoration and fabrication of the mobile van including the side and upper and lower panel of the van with front looking like a tableau. • Genset with fuel for LED and for microphone ensuing adequate sound system for attracting people. • Adequate technical manpower for all the operation. • Food and lodging for the crew. • On wheel adequate sound system to convey message. • Proper illumination of the mobile van (P6 or better with clear vision at day light with minimum brightness of 5000 nits) • Communication Equipment (Broadband connectivity/ GIS/GPS), folding chairs along with all consumables. • Engineers – with basic knowledge of identical nature of programmes for propagating message to the common masses with responsibility of ICT (Information and Communication Technology). • Other Support Staff – both on-site and command centre based either at State Headquarter or District Headquarter. • Setting up and operation of the Centralized Command Centre – including manpower, equipment and infrastructure. • Operation & maintenance of mobile van, equipment and infrastructure.
