Preventive maintenance by way of carrying out following jobs: 1.Providing & Filling of M-Oil 15W40 (12 Ltrs @ 380/ltr) = 4560 2.Providing and filling of Gear Oil 75W 90 (20 Ltrs @ 600/ltr) = 12000 3.Providing and filling of Hydraulic Oil (10W) (5 Ltrs @ 400/ltr) =2000 4.Providing and filling of Coolant (Antifreeze) (3 Ltrs @350/ltr) = 1050 5.Providing and filling of TQ Oil (2 Ltrs @ 450/ltr) = 900 6. Providing & Fitting of M-oil Filter (01No @ 720) = 720 7. Providing & Fitting of Diesel Filter (01 Set @1050) = 1050 8.Hydraulic oil filter = (01 No @1550) = 1550 9. Transmission oil/Strainer filter (01 No @ 850) = 850 10. Providing & Fitting of Air Filter assy (01 Set @1900) =1900

Repairs to electrical system by way of replacement of damaged fuses, switches and replacement of damaged wiring by way of engaging expert automobile electrician and p/f and fitting of LED fog lamps (06 no's), cabin light (o1 no), and replacement of damaged wiring, Fuses, Starting Relay (01 No.), front work LED LH/RH (04 No), Tail Light assly (02 Nos), Wiper Arm with Blades (01 Set), complete in all respects. The job also includes Providing and fitting of 12V emergency Siren provision in Snow Cat by way of providing/fitting 12V with allied accessories including wiring, fuses and Toggle switch. The Job further includes P/F of Multi-point mobile charger 12V Multiple charging strands (C, B, D etc) of Reputed make.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning (SITC) of a new genuine / OEM hydraulic pump assembly suitable for Farmtrac FT-90 (90 HP) tractor(Pump body shall be manufactured from high-grade cast iron or equivalent material with precision-machined internal components. Bearings, gears/rotors and shaft seals shall be factory assembled and tested), including dismantling and removal of the defective hydraulic pump, cleaning of the hydraulic system, inspection of suction strainer, pipes and hoses, replacement of all required seals, O-rings, gaskets and mounting hardware, installation of the new hydraulic pump, alignment and tightening as per manufacturer's specifications, topping up / replacement of hydraulic oil as required, bleeding of the hydraulic circuit, calibration of hydraulic pressure, functional testing of the hydraulic lift and remote hydraulic system, rectification of minor leaks, road/field testing, and commissioning complete in all respects. The Job also Includes complete flushing of Hydraulic system and then refilling of new Hydraulic oil conforming to OEM recommended Grade) and testing Thereof

Providing of 30 Ltr HSD @96.14/ltr= 2884.2 for Testing of machine and general checkup after completion of Job.
