Memo-5190 /NKDA/ FINANCE(ESTT)-607 /2026- Engagement of Chartered AccountantFirm for the works related to preparation and filing of all Statutory Assessment/Returns both Monthly and Annually in respect of GST,Income Tax,CESS,EPF and Professional Tax

The successful bidder will have to prepare and submit: 1) The preparation and submission of e-filing of Income Taxes under 138 (for employees) & 140 (for other than employees). 2) The preparation and submission of e-filing of CESS for each Financial Year. 3) The preparation and submission of e-filing of Professional Tax for each Financial Year. 4) The preparation and submission of e-filing of Provident Fund for employees for each Financial Year. 5) The preparation and submission of e-filing of GST for each Financial Year. 6) The Firm shall have to comply for dealing with the concerned matters of NKDA on regular basis which includes filing of Returns and related works. 7) The Firm shall have to provide suitable and competent personnels as and when required by NKDA 8) The Firm shall interact with and visit the Statutory Authority for complying with the matters as arises from time to time if necessary. No TA/DA will be borne by NKDA for such compliance 9) The Firm shall have to comply with the respective authorities for any other legal matters as arises on behalf of NKDA on regular basis including engagement of Legal Experts/Advocates/Tax Consultants. No additional cost of engagement, if required will be borne by NKDA. 10) Any other work relating to the matters stated in Sl. (1) to (5) as stated above from time to time.
