Providing labor assistance for emergency coal clearing of coal heaps, slurry coal on all floors of crusher house and jammed coal and wet and slurry coal in crushers, vibrating screens& belt feeder chutes and clearing of heavy coal heaps during rainy season in M-1(crushers), /CHP(M.M)-I&II/Dr. NTTPS. as and when required from 01-04-2026 or from the date of commencement of work to 30-09-2026

Emergency clearing of heavy jammed coal in belt feeders floor, crushers floor, Screens Floor and Surge Hopper floor of Crusher houses M-I (Crushers) sub division.

For rainy season: Labour charges for clearing of jammed coal , wet coal, slurry coal removed from crushers , vibrating screens , belt feeder chutes , clearing of heavily accumulated coal heaps, slurry coal on all the floors of crusher house for early restoration of various equipment in operation for uninterrupted supply of coal feeding to bunkers during rainy seasson

Clearing of jammed wet coal from Crusher chamber (top & bottom), Cage bars, vibrating screens, belt feeder, Feeder chutes and surge hopper and clearing Of floors of belt feeders, crushers, vibrating Screens (clearing of 4 Nos. vibrating screen chutes or 4 Nos. belt feeder feed Chutes treated as 1 jamming or 1No. Crusher Chamber treated as 1 jamming) M-I(crushers) Sub-Divn

Note:1. The firm has to quote their acceptable % excess/less on the above mentioned total amount for carrying out the subject work as & when required during the year 2026-27 as per the scope of work attached to this schedule

2. The statutory appliances EPF , ESI shall be reimbursed subject to production of proof of acquittances and limited to the rates & rules applicable from time to time.GST will be paid extra as per the rates & rules applicable from time to time.

3.If any deviation in quoting the tender by the tenderer will be liable for rejection

4. The standard field quality plan should be enclosed to the tender enquiry by incorporating the clause that ”the contractor should submit the FQP duly signed along with the tender schedule

5. FQP shall be approved by QC wing

6. The contractor should engage sufficient man power for completion of the work within time as instructed by the Engineer In charge without fail or else necessary action will be initiated
