S&F in replacement of LT junction box outdoor, single door opening front side with caldron sliding locking arrangement suitable size make out of CRCA Sheet of 3.15 mm thick with powder coated painting, frame made out of flat iron 45 x 45 x 6 mm and four numbers of 100 Amps aluminum bars duly insulated on insulators / suitable size Bakelite sheet fixed horizontally including making necessary drilling on bus bars for fixing of out going cable upto 95 Sqmm XLPE - 05 Nos with minimum gap as per IE standards and one No MCCB of capacity 63 A, 4 Pole, 415 V 25 KA complete ( free space between MCCB / busbar and other connection items should be provided,) including removing of existing Jn box and excavation work and fixing arrangement on ground by using suitable type of PCC, nuts & bolts, danger notice sticker, cable glands, internal wiring with FRLS copper sires of suitable size complete all as specified and directed Note for 1 & 8: Before placing the order the contractor should submit the Drg for approval of AGE(I)

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of LT Feeder Pillar Box out door, double door type made out of CRCA Sheet of 3.15 mm thick with powder coated painting frame suitable size for fixing the I/C & O/G MCCB mentioned below and four numbers of 150 Amps aluminum strips / bars duly insulated on insulators - 4 Nos / suitable size Bakelite sheet, free space between MCCBs / busbar and other connection items should be provided, the space between ground to panel should be 20 cm with PCC foundation for LT Panel, LT panel should be provided with necessary locking arrangement of tower bolt type, danger notice sticker, provn of cable entry and exit arrangement for Al cable size upto 120 Sqmm and glands, thimbling for connection of cable to MCCBs/bus bar etc and internal wiring with FRLS copper wires of suitable size and marking of each MCCB function with suitable size, removing old unsv panel letter and including the following complete all as specified and directed:- (A) Main Incoming (i) MCCB conforming to IS:13947 (Part-II), IEC-947, TPN (4 pole), 100 Amps, 415 volts, 50 Hz, rupturing capacity 26 KA - 01 No. (ii) Onload changeover 4 pole 100 Amp capacity - 01 (Open execution) (iii) LED Multifunctional Panel meter to measure voltage, current frequency, power factor, kWH, etc with all connected CTs (iv) LED indicating lamps with colour Red, Yellow, Blue (03 Lights) - 01 Set (B) Main Outgoing (i) MCCB conforming to IS:13947 (Part-II), IEC-947, TPN (4 pole), 63 Amps, 415 volts, 50 Hz, rupturing capacity 16 KA - 02 No. (ii) MCB TPN 6-32 Amps, 10 kA, C Curve - 07 Nos

Material & Labour for fixing of MCCB 415 V, 16 KA, 3 Pole 63 A including taking down old burn out MCCB and making necessary arrangement for fixing the new one like cutting, welding, screwing, connector (links) of suitable size to connect the MCCB with bus bar, thimble of suitable size, nuts & bolts, extended links etc complete required for fixing the new one in existing location complete all as specified and directed

M&L for painting LT Panel/Feeder pillar/Jn boxes of any size by rubbing/ scrapping old surface with one coat of red oxide and two coats of synthetic enamel paint including repair/replacement of hinges of suitable size and external locking arrangements i.e sliding bolts by screwing/welding, tinkering works and complete all as specified and as directed.
