TRANSFORMER (11 KV / 0.433 KV) Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of 800 KVA. 11/0.433 KV, 3 Phase, 50Hz, Dyn 11, Oil type, copper wound transformer with ON load tap changing arrangement on HV side in steps of +/- 2.50%, +/- 5% , having cable end boxes on HV side and 500 Amp. bus trunking arrangement on LV side complete with all accessories i/c first filling of filtered dehydrated oil and confirming to IS 2026 (Part 1 to Part 5) & as per specification attached complete in all respects as required at site. Note:Foundation work for transformer is not included.

Manually and motor operated, spring charged( release closing mechanism) trip free type,triple pole truck mounted draw out, vacuum circuit breaker, incorporating mechanical as well as electrical ON/OFF indication. Spring charge/discharge mechanical indicator.

630 amp air insulated but encapsulated,PVC insulated Copper bus bars.

C.T. chamber with C.T.'s 50/5.

15 VA burden for protection (class 5P 10).

Following protection shall be provided:

1 Nos IDMT relay with instantaneous 2 nos. over currrent (50, 50 N) element and 1 no. instantaneous earth fault element(50-50N).(O/C setting 50%-200% and E/F setting 20%-80%)

All wiring necessary for the above including inter-connections. The size of the conductor should not be less than 2.5 sq. mm. Copper wire where required.

Test terminal block, fuses/2A SPMCB , circuit labels,set of phase, indication lamps etc. as per standard practise as under.
