01. Price evaluation shall be made based on total price quoted by the bidder for entire contract period of 36 months at Column 1-G above. 02. The reimbursable wage component of Rs. 49,05,475.00 inclusive of applicable GST shall be kept in the contract on reimbursement basis for entire contract duration of 36 months for each Crane. Bidder has to quote price only for providing crane services excluding wage component. Reimbursable wage component of Rs. 49,05,475.00 shall be added to the price quoted by the bidder for crane services at Column 1-G above to arrive at total contract value for entire contract period which shall be considered for all purposes including submission of Security Deposit by the successful bidder. 03. Bidder has to ascertain themselves prevailing GST and quote accordingly. 04. Above price format is for hiring services of 07 nos. of 40 MT cranes. Bidders to indicate no. of offered crane in Techno-commercial bid. Bidders are only allowed to quote “03 NOS. OF CRANES OR MORE”. In case the tendered quantity of 07 Nos. could not be met by L-1 Bidder (when L-1 Bidder has quoted for less than total tendered quantity, all other acceptable Bidders will be advised to submit their confirmation to match their rates with the evaluated L-1 Bidder. Bidder(s) who match their prices with the L-1 Bidder would be considered for award on the basis of their original ranking. The bidder will be permitted to match the L-1 rate for the quantities of crane(s) maximum up to the number of crane(s) offered by them. Price matching process shall continue till the entire tendered 07 Nos. Cranes is met / achieved. 05. Bidders are advised to carefully go through SCC and Scope of work before quoting price. 06. Escalation/de-escalation on account of price variation in HSD shall be dealt as per relevant provision(s) of SCC.

07. Wages for crew members for 26 working days in a month shall be reimbursed as per actual but limited to wages as per Fair wage policy of ONGC/Minimum wages (as applicable) on production of documentary proof. Crew members shall be comprised of 4 manpower {1 operator (Highly Skilled), 1 Slinger (Semi skilled) and 2 Khalasi (unskilled)}. Manpower deployed in the contract who was (were) not drawing fair wage in any ONGC’s contract as on 28.07.2025 shall not be eligible for wage payment as per Fair wage policy of ONGC. For manpower covered under Fair wage policy of ONGC, payment shall be limited to the amount eligible as per Fair wage policy of ONGC. For manpower not covered under Fair wage policy of ONGC, payment shall be limited to the amount eligible as per minimum wage issued by GOI for “Construction or maintenance of roads or building operations etc.” 08. Overtime Charges (if any) Monthly crane charges offered by the bidders shall be for crane services to ONGC for 26 no. of days in a calendar month with daily services for 10 hr. Similarly, monthly wages is for 26 no. of days with daily deployment of 10 hr. (i) Crane services utilised by ONGC beyond 26 days in a month shall be paid extra for additional day(s) of utilisation on pro-rata day basis. (ii) Similarly, crew members deployed during crane services beyond 26 days in a month shall be paid extra for additional day(s) of on pro-rata day basis. (iii) Overtime (OT) charges for Crane+ Manpower beyond specified hr. in a day shall be paid on pro-rata basis limited to 85% of crane hiring charge+ manpower charges per day. Contractor has to make payment to crew members towards Overtime (OT) as per statutory guidelines. 09. Arithmetic error (if any) in the quoted price shall be corrected for price evaluation. Value of price quoted at 1-C for ‘Monthly hiring charge quoted by the bidder (excluding GST)’ shall not be altered for the purpose of arithmetic correction.
