Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thick (below or above ground level ) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for 75 mm thick cement concrete, type C-2, (1:3:6), (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base under interlocking tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for 60 mm thick (M-35 mix) with grey cement and pigment, glossy rubber mould interlocking tiles (paver blocks red & yellow colour topping) conforming to IS-15658-2006 laid dry over 30 mm thick compacted sand bed, size & pattern of tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Sand cushion will be measured and paid separately

Material & labour sand cushion filling under paver blocks including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for chequred cement concrete tiles 20 cm x 20 cm x 20 mm thick (Machine made) with grey cement and pigment set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for hardcore of broken stone or boulders of gauge exc. 63 mm but n exc 100 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for 100 mm thick cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in floor, finishing cement concrete surface, spike rolling or making impression of expanded metal whilst the concrete in green complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for forming 150 mm deep X 12 mm thick expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘B’ complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling chain link fencing wiremesh, any type and size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC), any section embedded in concrete, brick work etc. including taking out embedded portion complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix chain link fencing plastic coated of size 75 mm x 75 mm, made out of 4.0 mm outer dia, straining bolts etc. including provn of binding wire or with nuts/bolts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for providing cement concrete, type D2, (1:4:8), (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation, filling and mass concrete as in post holes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc. 0.5 cum, getting out in hard dense soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers, n.exc. 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc. 50m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix mild steel posts and struts in fencing, flat iron as in wind ties for roof including securing bolts, including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets for securing wire mesh and similar work including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive or steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing, conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply & fix mild steel bolts machine made, with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square exc 5cm long but not exc 10 cm of 11 to 15 mm dia of neck complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on new steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of precast concrete block walling of any description built in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks exc 10cm in width type C1 (1:5:8) (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for rendering 15mm thick in two layers first coat 10mm thick in CM 1:6 and second coat 5mm thick in CM 1:4 with water proofing compound @3% by wt of cement on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (i) WPC will be measured and paid separately. (ii) Any height, any number of stories all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply only water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for preparation of new plastered or unplastered old decorated of wall and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint over a coat of water base primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for precast cement concrete louvres and jallies made out of cement concrete type B0 (1:2:4) using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate set in cement moratar (1:4), 50mm thick (measured solid) including all mouldings complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for providing cement concete type B-1,1:2:4 mix (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) as in RCC/PCC copings, bed block for hold fast etc including necessary use and waste of form work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for MS deformed or twisted bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including crancking, bending spiraly for column, hooking & hooping ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repairs galvanised steel punched type concertina coil of 1050mm dia (dia of coil when unstretched with Nos. of circles 50, Nos. of clips 230 with weight 15.60 kg/ coil and recommended and average coverage area is 6 RM/ coil) and fixed to angle iron post/ struts with 3.15mm dia GI wire etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated, semi corrugated etc) sheets inroof coverings complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply & fix structural steel works as in tubular roof trusses, purlins, vertical posts, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (beam, tee, angle, tubular pipe, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats, MS plate riveting including bending and welding, conforming to Fe-410 W Gde E-250 quality A complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply & fix Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550MPA as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550MPA as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix in repairs 6mm to 8mm thick polycarbonate double layered sheets of approved shades fixed over roof trusses,wall ,gates etc fixed with self tapped screw complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply & fix in repairs 2mm thick fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with L-type or J-type or crank hook bolt in lieu of screw using necessary scaffolding upto height 15m complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply & fix mild steel works as in wind ties for roof including securing bolts, all necessary drilling etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for in repairs for 18-20mm thick granite, Z black (table rubbed and polished) for platforms, wall lining (veneering to wall), gates, cills and in similar items laid over and including 12mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixutre of pigment to match with shade of granite external edges rounded, making groves, moulding etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for complete removal of existing treatment on surfaces of wall, chajjas etc in any position washing down with water and cleaning the surface from all loose dirt chalk grease fungi algal flakes etc and applying Two coat of weather proof acrylic emultion paint over one coat of primer all as per manufacturers instructions and directed including scaffolding complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge
