Repair to Split Air Conditioner 1.5TR A). Taking down the following existing U/s spares of Split type Air Conditioners 1.5 Ton/2 Ton capacity, replace with new spares of same capacity complete all as specified by Engr- in- charge. i.Blower Motor Indoor Type - 2 Nos ii.Fan Motor Out door type without blades - 3 Nos iii.Starting Capacitor 35 to 45 MFD - 4 Nos iv.Electronic PCB Board - 2 Nos v.Top up/Gas charging with refrigerant gas (R-22/32), leak testing including bracing suction/discharge line and testing - 4 Nos vi.Copper tubing suction and liquid line from Indoor to out door unit, including insulation on copper tubing - 4 mtrs vii.Copper condenser coil L Shaped. - 3 Nos viii. Rotary type compressor sealed unit in position, bracing of discharge and suction line and leak testing. - 2 Nos B). Shifting of Split AC including replacement of copper wire require for connecting Indoor Unit & Outdoor Unit, additional copper tube if required, cleaning the Indoor Unit & Outdoor Unit, testing complete. - 2 Nos

Repair to 40/80 Water Cooler A). Replacement of unserviceable compressor from the existing water cooler after cutting carefully the suction and discharge line. Refaxing the new compressor including first filling of gas and serviceable accessories with bracing the suction and discharge line and leak testing complete all as specified by Engr- in- charge. - 1 Nos B). Removing the un serviceable fan motor and replacing the fan motor of same capacity - 2 Nos

Refrigerator of Capacity 360 Ltrs A). Replacement of unserviceable hermetically sealed Compressor suitable for Refrigerator of 360Ltrs capacity after cutting carefully the suction and discharge line. Refixing the new compressor including first filling of gas and serviceable accessories with bracing the suction and discharge line and leak testing complete all as specified by Engr- in- charge. - 1 Nos B). Removing the U/s PCB and replacing the PCB of same Model suitable for Double Door refrigerator with Inverter compressor - 1 Nos Note for Item No 1 to 3: a. Old U/s Material Shall be the Property of the Contractor. b. Rate Quoted rate shall be deducted accordingly and net rate to be quoted. c. The Quoted Rate Shall ne Inclusive of all Taxes. d. Transport of items from unit to work shop and Back included.
