Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces etc. including racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc from walls and ceiling surfaces of any description and removing debris to out side MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in two layers with 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) as 1st coat and 5mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement as 2nd coat on brick or concrete wall surfaces, finished even and smooth without extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid for separately under relevant item.

M&L for rendering cement plaster 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:3) on concrete surfaces as in ceiling, finished even and smooth without extra cement complete all as specified.

Supply only Integral Water proofing compound.

M&L for preparing plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper white or any shade over a coat of alkali resistant primer over two coats of wall putty including sand papering till obtaining smooth surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of acrylic based paint (Exterior emulsion paint) over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing water proofing treatment from top of roof and canopies/ chajjas of buildings including removing the debris out side of MD land, rendering 10 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:3 on roof slab/ canopies/chajjas with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions and make surfaces to receive water proofing treatment, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, preparing, clean and dried plastered roof surfaces and applying APP modified water proofing membrane with non woven polyster reinforcement/ mat not less than 3mm thick having weight not less than 3.5 kg/sqm over a coat of bituminous filler/ primer @ 250 gm/sqm conforming to IS 3384-1986 through approved applicator and applying bitumenious aluminium paint @ 100gm/sqm on top of APP membrane all as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- water proofing compound will be measured and paid for separetaly as supply only under relevant item.

M&L for Providing cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate) laid on roof in adequate slope complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting out cracks to 'V' section in existing roof or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing new surfaces of wood and wood based materials like ends of posts, backs of chowkats, etc, area tarred exceeding 0.1 Sqm but not exceeding 0.5 Sqm each, and treating with tar or coal tar black paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing new surfaces and treating small articles such as holdfasts with tar or coal tar black paint, area not exceeding 0.1 Sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) for fixing hold fasts etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 35mm thick, 2nd class, hard wood, factory made, plain framed panelled shutters (two panes) with lock rail and panel of 9mm BWP commercial ply or 12mm veneered particle board medium density with commercial veneering both faces. NOTE :- 1. The under mentioned items shall be carried out up to 18.75 M high overhead reservoir. The quoted rates of items deemed to be included the provision of scaffolding and other arrangement. 2. During the work a net at base shall be provided in order to avoid any accident. and due care shall be taken to avoid any accident. Departement shall not be responsible for any accident.
