Removing of existing unserviceable water proofing treatment alongwith screed bed etc, of any description and cleaning of top surface of cement concrete flushing out junction of parapet walls & washing down with water to remove all dirt etc including preparation of surfaces to receive new treatment and removing the rubbish off premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 over roof surfaces with water proofing compound (WPC) @ 3% by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seprately.

M&L for applying cold bituminous primer @ 0.30 ltr/Sqm confirming to IS-3384 and laying APP polymer modified fiber glass reinforced membrane 3mm thick weight not less than 3.5kg/sqm (modified bituminous water proofing membrane ) with plain finish with polystere base reinforcement, sealing all over with lap of 75mm in length side and 100mm on width side of membrane by torching the same and including applying a coat of bituminous aluminium paint @ 100 gms/sqm all as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed .

Note:- (a) Rate quoted deemed to be inclusive of cleaning of surface to be treated properly to receve the primer and all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. (b) Necessary guarantee certificate shall be given by contractor for 10 years from the date of completion of work. (c) APP membrane treatment shall be done firstly at corners and junction of parapet wall 30cm on verticle position and 30cm on horizontal position shall be done with proper attention and work carried out by authorised applicator only.Main portion of roof treatment shall be commenced only on completion of corners/ edges/ junctions. (d) APP membrane shall be taken upto outside of the parapet wall to an extent of 150mm minimum. (e) Ensure while laying the treatment no bulging on surface/voids shall be found and proper care/attention be given for the treatment. (f) If any work executed at site without any authorised applicator, the same shall be rejected and no payment shall be made. (g) Codntractor shall produce the certificate from the manufacture for the authorised applicator before commencement of work.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-0 using 12.5mm graded aggregate laid to stop 1:30 in padding for WPT over roof slab complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Terrazzo tiles 20cm x 20 cm x 20mm thick, with size of chips upto 6 mm; set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors/top of terrace , and cut and polished with grey cement and no pigment over the screed bed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4, type B 0 using 12.5mm graded aggregate in cover fillet of 75 mm radius at junction of roof slab and parapet wall, RCC chajjas, coping and similar works, etc with water proofing compound (WPC) @ 3% by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seprately.

Disconnecting existing water tanks exc 250 ltr & n.exc 500 ltr capacity, setting aside (or lowring if required ) for repairs, cleaning etc and hoisting if required , reconnected including cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing water tanks exc 500 ltr & n.exc 1000 ltr capacity, setting aside (or lowring if required ) for repairs, cleaning etc and hoisting if required , reconnected including cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brickwork with subclass 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 20mm bore Tubes,'Medium grade' galvanised, with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors including taking down old unservicable existing GI Pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 25mm bore Tubes,'Medium grade' galvanised, with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors including taking down old unservicable existing GI Pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 20mm bore steel tubing and connections, including cleaning and re-fixing in new /old position fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floorscomplete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 25mm bore steel tubing and connections, including cleaning and re-fixing in new /old position fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floorscomplete all as specified and directed.

S&Fin repair 20mm size ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 25mm size ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 20 mm dia Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Rotational moulded polye­thylene water storage tanks 500 ltr capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including taking down the existing water tank complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Rotational moulded polye­thylene water storage tanks 1000 ltr capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including taking down the existing water tank complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plastere on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joint, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering in two layers (i.e) CM 1:6, 10mm thick as first layers and CM 1:4, 5mm thick as in 2nd layer wtih water proofing compund on stone masonry surfaces or surfaces other than fair face of brick or on concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all specified. Note :- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seprately.

M&L for 5 mm thick rendering on ceiling surfaces of concrete in cement mortar 1:3 finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls, Ceiling and applying two coats of cement base paint over alkali resistant priming coat on walls upto 4th floor including cleaning window glasses, joinery, electric fittings, wiring etc of drops and splashes and cleaning premises clean and tidy complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of newly plastered or unplastered wall/Ceiling surfaces and applying two coats of exterior ACRYLIC Emulshion paint (Colour or shade as approved by GE) over and including a coat of primer as per manufacturers instruction complete including cleaning window glasses, joinery, electric fittings, wiring etc of drops and splashes and cleaning premise clean and tidy complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment by scraping down completely on brick walls/stone walls/concrete surfaces plastered or unplastered thoroughly, rubbing down, washing with water to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge and applying two coats of Cement Base Paint (Colour or shade as approved by GE) over alkali resistant priming coat upto 4th floor as per manufacturers instruction complete including cleaning window glasses, joinery, electric fittings, wiring etc of drops and splashes and cleaning premise clean and tidy complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as per item No 27.00 above but on ceiling surfaces.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on wall/ceiling surfaces by scraping down completely on brick/stone walls/concrete surfaces thoroughly, rubbing down washing with water to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge and applying two coats of exterior ACRYLIC Emulshion paint (Colour or shade as approved by GE) over and including a coat of primer as per manufacturers instruction complete including cleaning window glasses, joinery, electric fittings, wiring etc of drops and splashes and cleaning premise clean and tidy complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 75mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 75mm dia PVC (SWR) bends any radius complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 110mm dia PVC (SWR) bends any radius complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 20mm GI Nipple suitable for HDPE water tank. (Minimum weight 45gms) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L false ceiling work of galvanised MS ceiling grid system UNLOCK comprising of main runner 34mm x 24mm x 0.35mm, cross tee 24mmx 24mm x 0.40mm and GI suspenders 8mm dia fixed to ceiling and fixing mineral fibre acoustics ceiling borad of size 600mm x 600mm x 12mm thick complete all as specified and as per instructions of manufacturers including taking down existing ceiling complete all as specified and as directed.
