Supply and Installed testing and commissioning of AC, 3 phase, 50 Hz 160 KVA capacity transformer step down outdoor/indoor type 11/0.433 KV 50 Hz copper wound, oil cooled (ONAN) complete with oil tank including forst fill of ISI marked insulating oil up to top level, oil level indicator, breather with silica gel, lifting works, drain valve ,air vent valve, tackel wheel with channel and lowring arrangement with external cooling tubes, core type,delta connected on primery side (HV) and star connected on secondery side (LV) in accodance with vector symbol DYN-11 (vector Group-4) with neutral brought out on secondary side (LV side) OFF load tap changer with mannual voltage regulation 0.433 KV suitable steps/position on HV side to galvanised of 22KV on LV side and provision of following accessories and connecting with electrical system, earthing etc, including all jionting materials testing and commissioning all as per IS 1180-2014 anf energy efficiency level-II including filling of transformer oil having conforming to IS:335-1993 and shall of following :-

03 Nosporcelene HT bushings with brass/gun metal bushing rods complete with nut and washers on primary (HV) side, suitable for HT, 11KV XLPE cable of size 3 core 95/120sqmm.

04 Nosporcelene HT bushings with brass/gun metal bushing rods complete with nut and washers onsecondary (LV) side, suitable for LT, 11KV/0.433 KV XLPE Cable.

Oil conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level guage.

De-hydrating breather with first fill dehydrating agent (silica gel).

Explosive vent.

Thermometer pocket on tank cover.

One No 100MM dia, dial type thermometer vapour pressure type having range 0-120 degree colsius with metal guard having minimum reading ature indicator with resisting device for transformer.

Two earthing terminals to be provided diagonally on either side of tank ver to facilitate fixing of 50x6mm galvanised from strip for earthing of neutral and body.

Rating plate and terminal marking.

Oil level gauge.

Oil level filter valve.

Lifting lugs.

Oil filling hole with cap/plug with connecting plate complete.

Air relief valve plug.

Fore plain solid cast steel detachable rockters.

First filling of new and usable transformer oil IS-335/93 (Fourth revision) marked filtered and tested up to 45KV dielectric strenght 2.5mm between testing electroly.

Separate neutral bushing to be provided for earthing.

Provision of 2 nos danger boards 250/200mm size made of 1.6mm thick plate, viterous enamale white letters figures of voltage and conventional skall and benes in singal red colours on frant side. The rear side of the plate also be enamalled.

Any other fittings/accessories so as to confirm the whole transformer to IS 1180 : 2014.

Tapping range (+) 7.5% to (-) 7.5% of 2.5% each, 7 steps.

Percentage impedance at 75 at rated - 4.5%
