Dismantling Asbestos cement (corrugated, semi-corrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings, complete all as specified and as directed by EIC.

S&F mild steel work in tubular trusses/structures of square/round/ rectangular pipes, rafters, purlins including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or inductuin butt welded tubes confirming to IS-1161-1998 grade St-240 including notching, drilling, fitting, rivetting and or welding or connecting bolts and nuts, cleats, gusset plates etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F prepainted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified. Make: Tata/ JSW/ Blue Scope or equivalent as approved by GE

M&L for providing roof sheeting 6mm thick multi cavity poly corbonate sheet (Polygal or equivalent as approved by GE) as in roof with necessary aluminium profile with EDPM gasket at every joint of sheet and covered with aluminium section 25x25mm sheet and profile to be fastened to structure by using 45mm SDST screws including taking down of old sheet and removing from MD land all as specified and directed by EIC.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards, any thickness including cover fillets, grid work of any description

S&F anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling all as specified size of grid 605X605 mm

M&L 12 mm thick semi perforated particle board 60cm x 60cm in size fixed with staples all as directed for grid and preparation of surfaces for distempering, priming with alkali resistant priming paint and applying two coats of oil bound distemper all as shown on Drg No LEAA/TD/68 8G 1/1 dt 31 May 1993 (Revised 8 Sep 1998) all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing 12mm thick Gyp boards in ceilings, fixed to ceiling sections with screws @ 300mm centre to centre and makin good joints Gypsum binder fincluding prepaing the surfaces of ceiling boards and applying 2 coats of acrylic oil emulsion distemper with GI frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of GI perimeter channel 0.55mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30mm and web of 27mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screwas at 450mm centre to centre, intermediate channel 0.9mm thick having two equal flanges of 15mm each and web of 45mm suspended from soffits at approxly 900mm centre to centre with GI cleats, GI suspenders and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section of 0.55mm thick having kurled web of 50mm and flange of 26mm each side with lips of 10.5mm fixed to the intermediate channel at 457mm centre to centre all as specified as directed.

M&L for false ceiling corners with designed angular shape of size 100x100mm with POP fixed on 6mm thick fibre board with 20x20mm, 0.55mm thick galvanised sections fixed at intervals not more than 750mm complete al as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing new or previously untreatedsteel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide or zinc chrome primer on steel surfaces.

Taking down carefully old unserviceable/damaged rolling shutter of any type complete and removing from the site.

Supply and fixing steel rolling shutters, factory made, without ball bearing, with thickness of laths 1.25mm push and pull or manual type including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple with one shop coat of red oxide or zinc staple with one shop coat of red oxide or zinc chrome primer and fixed in position in existing opening complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully un-serviceable/old rolling shutters of size exceeding 5 Sqm but n. exc 10 Sqm each, gear operative type for replacement of un-serviceable/defective parts, denting of various parts, cleaning of guide rails, laths, top cover by kerosene and proper greasing, oiling to make the system smooth/easy functional, repair to locking arrangements including supply and fix new nuts & bolts of existing size by removing old/rusted nut and bolts wherever required, necessary welding wereever required as directed, giving proper tension to the spring and refixing the shutter and gear box in the same opening after repair work carried out complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Precast cement concrete block masonary with solid blocks exc 10cm in width Type C1 (1:5:8) 20mm graded and setting in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering on concrete surfaces 15mm thick in two layers first coat 10mm thick in CM 1:6 and second coat 5mm thick in CM 1:4 with water proofing compound @3% by wt of cement, finished even and fair.

S & F 5mm thick PVC Sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall panelling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC frame as per specification and drawing

S & F Solid PVC wall lining consisting of 5mm thick Plain colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specificaition and drawing & refixing existing electrical wiring completed all as specified and as directed.
