Dismantling of asbestos cement (corrugated, semi-corrugated,etc.)sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminum Zinc coating GI based trpizoidal profile steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of and any colour, having tensile strength 550 Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall,fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonary walling with solid blocks of PCC (1:5:8) (using 20mm graded aggregates), exc. 10cm in width and setting in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description and in any position of brick or concrete surfaces & racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. and removing the debris out side MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick plastering in cement mortar (1:4) with using WPC @3% of cement incl finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid saparatelly as supply only under relevant item.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces on wall finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply of liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of antifungal paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion on walls over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for repairs and servicing of rolling shutters and removing of worn out components wherever required such as hood covers, laths, ball bearings, helical wire springs, lock plates, bracket plate, shaft pipe and straightening of existing guide channels, gear boxes, laths, hood cover at required places including greasing and welding and refixing in the same opening for smooth functioning and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls to match with existing complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: (i) Quoted rate is inclusive for replacement all minor spare parts as required and supply of major spare part such as MS Spring, ball bearings, laths, shaft pipe, gear set required for replacement shall be measured and paid separetaly under relevant items

M&L for writing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) n.exc 30 cm height with synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for tempered or toughened glass 12 mm thickness used for preparing balcony doorss, windows, bathroom doors, and in weapon storage area with all necessary fittings and complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for chipping the spalled and old Reinforced concrete members of approximately upto 10m height, removing loose adhering particles by chipping, using wire brushes and make the structure for the application of micro concrete complete complying with standard specification including lead and lift for an average thickness of 60 mm including disposal of debris to outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed. Note : 1. The cleaning of the bar shall be done such that no rust shall be present after removal of rust from the bar. 2. Removal of concrete which is defective shall be right round the bar, which is going behind the thickness shall be included. 3. The quoted rate shall be included for required scaffolding of steel tubular props and horizontal members of standard pattern and the same is remained for use of all connected items / works

Supplying and fabricating and placing in position of new TMT bars of any dia by welding or inserting by drilling holes and embeded in epoxy grout bonding agent of hilti / Fosroc / any approved make for all existing reinforcement repair works in any position wherever necessary complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The lap provided shall be 15 cm on either side of bar which has lost its sectional area.

M&L for exposing the existing reinforcement bars fully in the repair area and remove all loose scales and corrosion deposits using Dr. Fixit Rust Remover /laying protective zinc primer using Fosroc Nitoprime Zincrich / Dr. Fixit Zinc primer / any approved make on bars of dry thickness 40 micron (wet thickness 130 micron) with approx coverage of 7.40 Sqm/litre before concreting complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fixing of slurry tight formwork for works upto 10m height which shall not deform or leak due to pressure of micro concrete which shall be fabricated and erected in position, provision shall be made for a suitable feed hopper for pouring in the micro concrete in the formwork, the form work shall be coated with Nafuplan UST liquid for steel surfaces, Nafuplan-K for wooden surfaces / Fosroc Reebol mould releasing agent / any approved make as releasing agent prior to final fixing in position as per manufacturers instructions, proper supporting arrangements to be made for keeping the shutter in correct line and length complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for micro concrete comprising 10 mm down graded aggregate chips, pouring in a continuous operation with a grout/ concrete mixer of low speed heavy duty dram fitted with suitable paddle shall be kept ready and chips slowly mixed in the dram throughly in a forced action, the mixed materials shall be placed immediately in to the position formwork continuously without any time gap complete for an average thickness of 40 - 50 mm including finishing the exposed surface to an even and smooth surface completely all as specified and as directed of make Shikacrete-114 AE / Fosroc/ Dr. Fixit Micro Concrete / Bouchemie / any approved make complete all as specified and as directed.
