SCHEDULE 'A' PART - XI (MISC ITEMS) (Note : The contractor shall quote his rate for each of these items separately. The estimated rate is left blank since the same is not prepriced by MES)

Supply and fix, testing and commisioning of black steel pipes confirming to IS: 1239/3589 (Heavy duty) including all fittings like anchor fasteners, couplings, bends, elbows, tees, flanges etc. welding as required painting with one coat of red-oxide primer and two or more coats of synthetic enamel paints to give an even shade incl all civil breakages, cutting holes and chases in brick walls , filling the annular space between pipe & wall/slab/beam with hand mixed concrete 1:2:4 and making good with cement mortar completeall as directed for size 40 mm dia (wall thickness as per IS-1239) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply installation testing and commissioning of Carbon Dioxide (CO2) type Fire Extinguisher capacity 4.5 kg conforming to IS 15683, with ISI marked/TAC approved fitted with required accessories including wall suspension brackets, PESO/CCOE Approved cylinder body and confirms to IS : 7285, High grade Enamel painted externally with PO Red finish, wheel operated controllable discharge high Pressurebress valve confirming to IS : 3224 which is provided with pressure relief dischargeable and easy to service, non conductive agent for electrical use without risk to operator ,CO2 gas disappiears quickly leaving no residue applicable on class B & C and electrically started fire, B rating 21B started fire, A Rating-3A, Rating 21B, safety pin is of SS material, Sheet metal thickness: 1.0 mm, Helium Leak Detection Tested ISI Approved IS 15683:2006. 5 years Warranty complete all as specified and directed.

Supply installation testing and commissioning of ABC type Fire Extinguisher capacity 6 kg filled with Mono Ammonium Phosphate powder 50% conforming to IS 14609, powder coated MS body stored Pressure type Discharge time 18 Sec, controllable discharge is 90%, applicable on class A,B & C and electrically started fire, A Rating-3A, Rating 21B, safety pin is of SS material, Sheet metal thickness: 1.0 mm, Helium Leak Detection Tested ISI Approved IS 15683:2006. 5 years Warranty complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labor for costruction of valve chamber, with inner space of size (1050mm x 750mm x 1000mm) (L x B x D) in PCC(1:3:6) block masonry built in CM(1:4) with MS cover 3 mm thick and 50 x 50 x 6 mm angle iron frame work with locking arrangements including excavation and earth work PCC (1:4:8) type D2 for foundation PCC /Bed coping in cement concrete (1:2:4)type B-1 plastering 15 mm thick with CM(1:4) t over a coat of red oxide primer on all steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning LT Panel, Outdoor type, dust and vermin proof, totally enclosed, platform mounted, factory made (Protection Class IP-54) having front openable shutter with locking arrangement made out of CRCA steel sheet 3.15 mm thick with MS angle iron frame work of size 40 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm thick, duly painted all as specified including necessary foundation bolts, PCC ( 1:2:4), type B-1 platform of suitable size for mounting the panel, suitable for 415 Volts, 50 Hz, three phase, 4 wire system with suitable insulated copper busbar of capacity not less than 200 Amps and shall be complete with internal wiring with copper conductor, and including the following accessories : -

Taking out unserviceable LT cables from excavated trenches, ducts, wall, pole etc including removing cable covers, sand, cable joints, pipes, clamps etc and including earthwork excavation and returning and filling the trenches etc, for the cable sizes up to 25 sqmm 2/4 core complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out unserviceable GI tubing from excavated trenches, , wall, etc for the sizes up to 25 mm including earthwork excavation and returning and filling the trenches etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning and testing factory made and tested (including CPRI type test certified) LT feeder pillar box (KIOSK) indoor type, platform mounted, including suitable angle iron (4 Nos leg) for 415 Volts 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system, all as specified and directed, having bus bar chamber with insulated copper bus bars 300 amps rating installed on porcelain insulators. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, made of 2.00 mm CRCA sheet 75mm x 30 mm thick MS Channel frame, duly powder coated finish ,thimbling and cable entry boxes with cable gland incld painting with two coat of synethetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer. Front and back side opening type with aprons for cable entry with double door shutter and locking arrangement, danger plate and earthing terminal and suitable PCC work. The scope of work includes provision of the following :-

(A) Main Incoming (a) MCCB 4 pole 100 Amps, 36 KA, 415V -01 No ( from proposed commercial panel) (b) Bus bar (copper strip) 300 Amp, 4 pole (c) Digital panel meter (Amp,Voltage meter) including CTs -01 No. (d) Digital Indication Lamp Set-1 (B) Outgoing (e) MCCB SPN 40 Amp 230 V 50 Hz - 3 Nos (f) Slot for electronic energy meter - 12 Nos. Note : Contractor shall submit GA drawing for approval of GE before procurement.

M&L for TV socket along with non metallic rigid PVC heavy duty conduit concealed in wall (min 20mm dia (external)) from suitable entry point upto socket. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for submain wiring with one run of three core PVC insulated and FR PVC sheathed copper cable of 2.5 Sqmm multi stranded copper conductor FRLSH 1100 volts grade cable drawn through and including PVC concealed conduits heavy duty grade ISI marked 25 mm dia (External) with wall thickness not less than 1.8 mm with conduit accessories complete all as specified and directed Note: one run of cable and 1 run of conduit shall be measured and paid as one meter length of unit.

M & L for submain wiring with one run of three core PVC insulated and FR PVC sheathed copper cable of 1.5 Sqmm multi stranded copper conductor FRLSH 1100 volts grade cable drawn through and including PVC concealed conduits heavy duty grade ISI marked 25 mm dia (External) with wall thickness not less than 1.8 mm with conduit accessories complete all as specified and directed Note: one run of cable and 1 run of conduit shall be measured and paid as one meter length of unit.
