Pavilion Theme & Design 3. Flooring – Platform with electrical provision, carpeting 4. Backlit Backwall Structure-5mt9h)x15mt(w) including approvals 5. Backwall graphic printing-5mt(h)x15mt(w) 6. Construction of Theme based installations/displays (150sqmt) 7. Seating Modules with Storage for co exhibitors-15nos 8. Furniture-VIP Lounge 9. Co-exhibitor Displays-15nos 10. Electrical fitting including permision- Main Power, Back lit wall, trade partner plug points, stand lighting 11. Truss lighting from the roof & rigging 12. Branding -Hanging displays including Rigging from roof 13. Plasma & DVD including stand 14. Logistics-Stand material transporation &storage 15. Stand Erection & Setup charges(labour)16. Activity 3– International Trade Meet / B2B Meet (F3) Mandatory Requirements: Particulars 1.Venue for the B2B Meet ‐ 5 star/ heritage & above, centrally located, with adequate food & beverages for the attendees for 80 pax minimum. 2. Audio visual arrangements – 2 screens, projectors, required sound system for film and audio visual presentation 3. Staging and back drop settings – backdrop graphics printing, stage, carpet, branding. 4. Associate/ Team for Invitation & database managing – hiring of database of relevant Tour Operators, telecalling, emailer invite, hardcopy invites, and other communication charges for ensuring quality attendance 5. Hostesses & compere for the show (bilingual) 6.Co-exhibitor Signages/collaterals 7. Collaterals and presentations for the attendees 8. Onsite Management & Supervision 9. Gifts and Mementos ** Additional Components that may be planned for specific shows like cultural programmes, contests, Press Meets, Trade Promotions will be extra.
