PROVISION OF FENCING ALONGWITH ENTRY GATE AROUND SMALL RANGE AND PROVISION OF CERTAIN MAJOR REVENUE AND MINOR WORKS AT AF STATION NALIYA

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil or hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Exavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for foundation,manholes, laying of under ground electric cable, pipes not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out in any type of soil(soft loose soil or hard/dense soil) complete all as specified and directed. Note for E/M side only :- (i) Authorised width & depth shall only be excavated, measured and paid as specified in clause 3.2.3 of SSR part II and 19.74.1 of SSR part I for cable/pipe laying portion. (ii) Serviceable PCC /RCC cable cover obtained during excavation shall be stacked separately carefully without any extra cost to the Deptt.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for hardcore of broken stone/boulders gauge not exceeding 63 mm, deposited, spread & levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in with any type of soil, including of spreading, levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm depth complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials exceeding 1.5 Km and not exceeding 5 Km, depositng where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete (1:4:8), type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, post holes complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in copings, kneelers, apex stones or kerbs on dressed up ground to securing chainlink fencing including necessary formwork complete all as specified and diected.

Material and labour for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base under floor over rammed earth complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc complete, drilling for fixing of rails to door etc to be prepared for hanging sliding with including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging doors fitting exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering runing rails and guides and hanging, also fastening and fixing confirming to Fe-410-W(GdeE-250) quality B complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for roof trusses(framed),trussed ,purlins ,rails, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats, gusset plates, wind ties etc confirming to Fe 410 - W (Gde E-250) quality B complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh size and type to any type of standards,rails, straining bolts,etc.including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link mild steel galvanised fencing conforming to IS 2721:2003 including line wires of 4 mm dia straining bolts including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Each line of wire shall be measured for payment purpose.
