Sweeping and mopping of the office floors (Flooring with ceramic / marble / granite tiles) steps, staicase, handrails with scented cleaning agents including clearing and disposal of waste papers daily, Dusting and cleaning of files records in racks, furnitures for twice in a week, cleaning of all partition walls, ceilings [Brick, Wooden & Aluminum, Glazed],Staircase, hand rails, doors, windows, blinds, Name boards,Electrical fittings viz. Tube Lights, fans, Electrical fixtures, switch boxes etc, removal of cobweb once in a month collecting and disposing all the waste to outside Office complex, with all general cleaning inside the office Floors etc… complete as directed by the Engineer at site including the cost of all labour, labour uniforms lead, lift, T&P, cost of all consumable materials such as cleaning powder, Broom sticks, Cobweb sticks, Bamboo baskets, Swabs, Mops, Dungry cloth, Buckets, cost of all consumables etc..,

Sweeping of open areas around Office buildings, open terrace and collection, removal of garbage's and wastes from campus to outside office complex daily, all general outdoor cleaning with sprinkling of water, including removal of weeds and unwanted materials as directed by the Engineer at site including the cost of all labour, labour uniforms lead, lift, T&P, cost of all materials such as coconut brooms, Bamboo baskets,cost of all consumables, wheel barrow, skid loader, any machineries etc.

Maintenance charges for cleaning the wash basins, water closets, urinals and floor and wall tiles by spraying of disinfectant and placing camphor balls and urinal scented screen in the urinals and wash basins, sweeping and cleaning the floor surface and side wall surface, gratings, neatly cleaning the sanitary duct, removing dirt/refuge and cobwebs and sweeping away the stagnated water at periodic intervals, including carrying out of other miscellaneous works during lean hours as directed by the Engineer incharge including all cleaning agents & materials for cleaning including scented phenyl, disposable dustbin covers, coloured napthalin balls, scented urinal screen mats which are to be available all through the day. The toilet should always be clean, neat and tidy without any odur or foul smell.( 4 times a day)

Maintenance charges for cleaning of man hole chambers and connected drainage lines between manholes once in a month or as and when necessary and as directed by the Engineer at site so as to have free flow of waste water into the main line leads to corporation line by removing the RCC/cast iron man hole covers from manholes, cleaning/ removing all the solid wastes, sediments and silt deposition accumulated in the manholes and in between drainage lines by using with proper tools and tackles such as bamboo sticks, MS rods, PVC cable, other equipment and its hire charges, cleaning the wastes away from the EB complex.

Maintenance charges for the water supply arrangements in NPKRR Maaligai of all floors in two shifts (8hours/shift) per day for pumping water from the main ground sump to the Over Head Tanks daily with uninterrupted water supply to all the floors of NPKRR Building by controlling suitable valves at periodic intervals and closing the water supply daily after stipulated hours. Daily one pump driver and two plumber should be available. The work includes attending the break down works such as repair of damaged pipelines including waste water lines to restore water supply (for which the materials will be supplied Departmentally). The rate is inclusive of all necessary labour, lead, lift, T&P required for works etc. complete.

Supplying and replacing of damaged or worn out plumbing fixtures with necessary adaptors (with 1 year warranty for any replacement / new). The rate includes the cost of all materials, lead, lift etc., complete.

Attending and servicing of joinery works in NPKRR building including repairing of doors, windows and furnitures, fixing of boards, partitions and checking of all doors windows periodically and tightening of hinges, door closers and also to attend any type of carpentery works when and where required for any emergency works the rate includes the cost of labour charges and complete on all working days and directed by the Engineer incharge.
