Taking down existing water proofing tretment on RCC slab / beams with bitumen felt with out damaging structure and removing the debrise outside the MD land and M&L for plaster 10 mm thck on concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 finished even and smooth using WPC @ 3% by weight of cement and preparing the surfaces to recive WPT treatment , applying a coat of bitumenm primer confirm to IS - 3384-1986 @ 3% per sqm . providing APP modified memrane with non woven polyster reinforcement/mat ( centre core) by tourch application over primed surfaces all as specified and directed by Engr-In- Charge

S&F in repairs sink with drainage board made of stainless steel 1 mm thick for kitchen with plugs, washers and including bedding in cement mortar to dwarf wall or including fixing cantilever brackets and connecting union to pipe over all size 915 x 460 mm, bowl size 410 x 330 x 180 mm mm Make : Nirali (Model : elegance small from regular range, glossy) or size 915 mm x 460 mm bowl size 410 x 330 x 178 mm of make : Jayana (Model : Jupiter sink with Drain board No: SBSD 5 glossy) or equivalent and nearest size of make : Lorrentto, Neelkanth, Diamond.

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced ) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thick (below or above ground level ) all as specified.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering on vertical surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 as backing coat complete.

M&L for 25mm thick cement concrete type B-0 1:2:4 using 12.5mm graded aggregate as in sub base of floors complete all as specified and directed

M&L for non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.11sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including screed bed 15mm thick in CM-1:6 complete all as specified.

All as per Ser Item No 6 above but in vertical surfaces such as dado, skirtingand riser etc all as directed by the EIC.

M&L for non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.06sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including screed bed 15mm thick in CM-1:6 complete all as specified.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x 250x 7mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match, over and including rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces as backing coat.

M&L for Vitrified ceramic polished light shade tiles 10mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including screed bed 15mm thick in CM-1:6 complete all as specified.

All as per above item but in vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting and riser etc all as directed by the EIC.
