Providing experienced and highly skilled/semi-skilled/un skille labour for electric repair/maintenance/operation of air conditioning systems as per requirement (one shift of 08 hours per day.)
Skilled operator (01 nos. for each shift @ 03 shifts a day)
Skilled helper (01 nos for each shift @ 03 shifts a day) + 1 reliever for weekly off
Highly skilled service technician 26 days per month (01 nos for general/ any shift a day)
All in all general servicing and cleaning of water cooled chiller plant and hot water generator with associated accessories complete in all respect as per OEM’s guidelines to meet out the maximum efficiency of the machines alongwith air handling units, fan coil units, cassette ac cooling towers, chilled water pumps, condenser water pumps, lt panel of chiller plant, control panel of ahu, pipe line, valves, ducting, grilles/diffusers, consumables etc complete in all respect as per OEM’s guildlines to meet out the maximum efficiency of the machines during defect laiblity period of equipments.
