Perodical maintenance on Mahadev Harwani road km. 0/00 to 2/00 (SH P/L 30 mm Bitumen concrete in km 0/00 to 2/00) PMGSY Road (AMP for the year 2026-27)

Providing, laying and rolling of built-up spray grout layer over prepared base consisting of a two layer composite construction of crushed coarse aggregates using motor grader for aggregates. Key stone chips spreader may be used with application of bituminous binder after each layer, and with key aggregates placed on top of the second layer to serve as a base, conforming to the line, grades and cross-section specified, the compacted layer thickness being 75 mm (Seventy five millimeter) as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Octroi, Royality, Malkana, Toll Tax or any other Taxes imposed by the Government including GST.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulation distributer at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg ( zero point twenty five to zero point thirty kilogram) per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503 and as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Octroi, Royality, Malkana, Toll Tax or any other Taxes imposed by the Government including GST.

Providing and Laying 30 mm ( Thirty millimetre ) thick bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregate of specified grading,premixed with bituminous binder (VG-30) @ 5.4 to 5.6 ( five point six to five point six ) per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site,laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade , level and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification Cluase 509 complete in all respect and as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Octroi, Royality, Malkana, Toll Tax or any other Taxes imposed by the Government including GST.

Providing and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips (retro- reflective) of specified shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Octroi, Royality, Malkana, Toll Tax or any other Taxes imposed by the Government including GST.
