(7) M&L for inserting of HT and LT coils on limbs rewinding here in before after cleaning of lamination in proper way and also after insulating the limbs with requisite insulating material on limbs in between limbs and coils.(Each Job 1) (8) M&L for re-arranging the top lamination over coils in proper manner including fixing of channel soldering in between coils as necessary and brazing work for star delta connection. (Each Job 1) (9) M&L for baking the core assembly in the oven duly varnishing the coil to imrove IR value and to eliminate moisture content in it complete. (Each Job 1) (10) M&L for inserting the core assembly after baking in the enclosure and making connection with HT and LT bushing studs and closing the enclosure by side panel with suitable nut, bolts and washers etc.(Each Job 1) (11) Supply and fixing in replacement of porcelain transformer bushing on LT 1100 Volt side including brass stems conical bush and suitable gasket cover for transformer. (Each 4) (12) Supply and fixing in replacement of porcelain transformer bushing on HT 11 KV side including brass stems conical bush (Each 3). (13) M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces, by brushing /cleaning stains, greasy spot with thinner applying two coats synthetic enamel paint by spray painting complete. (14) Loading of serviceable transformer from workshop and unloading at work site. (Each Job 1) (15) Connection of dry type transformer along with OLTC with HT side Cable and LT side bus bar at work site sub station. (16) Final testing of transformer at site with giving existing load on it complete all as specified and as directed by Enger-In -Charge.
