Dismantling of engine of DG set of capacity 500 KVA,make-Cummins Ser No-25411123 complete by taking out radiator,pump assembly,casing top cover,head assembly,piston ,filters,hose pipes,fuel pipe,fuel pump assembly ,exhaust etc for complete reconditioning / servicing of engine including 'D-Check' as recommended by OEM of DG set and reassembling, filling of oil and testing engine for proper functioning of DG set at site and allonging to its original position and testing on load complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) Supply only of new items required for replacement shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items of schedule. (ii) Rate quoted above by the contractor includes the Labour charges involved. (iii) Work shall be done by Original Equipment Manufacturer(OEM) i.e. CUMMINS only complete in all aspects all as directed.

Maintenance and servicing of Syncronization panel and connected ACB panels i.e.DG-1 I/C,DG-2 I/C & O/G to PCC panel of make- ELECTRO SYSTEM DEVICES for DG sets of capacity 500 KVA each at 2403 'C' Flt including reprogramming of micro processor of the synchronization panel and also the microprocessor based electronic panel of both DG sets of 500 KVA capacity & Make-CUMMINS by their concerned company Engineers by adjusting various operational parameters all as per site requirement in order that proper synchronization shall be done between panels and DG sets complete all as per specification and site requirement. Note:- (i) Rate quoted by the contractor includes the visiting charges of Engineer of Electro System Device,visiting charges of Engineer from CUMMINS company,also the replacement cost of small parts like fuses,control cables (single/multicore),lugs,thimbles,panel indicator lamps,male/female contact,connector block etc as required. (ii) Supply only of new items required for replacement shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items of schedule. (iii) Complete job of syncronization shall be done by the representatives of concerned OEMs only, also items to be replaced if any which should be of same make and ratings as per existing original make.
