Construction of 04 nos F Type staff Quarter G PLUS 1 for RWSS Division Staff Bhadrak

PART-I :-(Ground Floor :-Earth work in excavation in all kinds of soil including moorum, stony earth and earth mixed with boulders except sheet rocks and boulders requiring blasting including dressing the leveling the bed up to the required level and depositing the excavated earth away from the site with all leads & lifts including shuttering etc complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supplying filling in foundation and floor bed concrete with clean coarse river sand including watering and ramming with cost & conveyance of all materials, labours, & T & P all taxes royalty etc complete in all respect as per direction of engineer in charge. (measurement will be taken for finished compacted section only).

PCC (1:3:6) ( IS –2571) in floor bed concrete using 40 mm & below size b.h.c.b granite stone metal of approved quality from approved quarry including lowering laying concrete watering ramming &curing etc compacting to required level laid in layers not exceeding 4’’ thick including cost conveyance all taxes royalty &cost of all material & labours T&P required for the works etc complete in all respects as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing bored compacting pile foundation with R.C.C M-20 using 20mm size B. H. G (C.B) chips including cost of bore holes but excluding cost of M.S. rod or Tor steel and labour charges for cutting bending binding etc. complete

RCC ( 1:1½ :3) M-20 having crushing strength of 200 kg/cm2 after 28 days curing as per (IS 456-2000 & IS 516) using 12mm to 20 mm size b.h.c.b granite chips 20mm size not exceeding 25% including hoisting lowering laying concrete and compacting by using vibrators watering curing for 28 days centering shuttering &finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves beads when ever necessary including cost convince taxes & royalty of all materials & cost of all labour T&P hire charges of concrete mixture machine & vibrator machine required for the work etc. complete in all respect but excluding the cost of M S rod or tor steel & binding wires & labour charges for cutting bending, binding & tying the grills.
