Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and pavings not exceeding 15cm thick below or above ground level and removing demolised material out of Air Force station complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of brick work or PCC blocks/stone masonary built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation of drain complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4, type B0 (using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate) in coping, kneelers, apex stones, roof kerbs or mud stops and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub floors, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for pre-cast cement concrete (1:3:6), type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in block masonary exceeding 10cm in width with solid block and setting in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing water proofing treatment from top of roof and canopies/ chajjas of buildings including removing the debris outside of MD land and earthing strip, electric cable complete all as specified and directed. Note : -Refixing earthing strip and cable shall be carried out at the same place after execution of APP.

Material and labour for 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on roof slab/canopies/ chajjas with water proofing compound @ 3 % of weight of cement and making plastered surfaces to receive water proofing treatment (finished fair and even) complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for seperately under respective item of this Schedule.

Material and labour for 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparing, clean and dry plastered roof surfaces and applying APP modified water proofing membrane mineral finish with non woven polyster reinforcement/mat not less than 3mm thick having weight not less than 3kg/Sqm including and surface painting, with a layer of blown grade bitumen of any penetration applied hot @ 1.7 kg per sq.m, blinded with grit or pea size gravel @ 0.006 cu.m per sq.m and applying all as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkhat of any description exceeding 1.50 sqm and not exceeding 4.00 sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid decorative type flush door shutter of size 35mm thick comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant. WPC to be laminated with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive on both faces of shutter and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws,complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Stainless steel butt hinges and necessary S.S screws shall be paid separately under respective items of this Schedule.

Supply and fix for factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 65 x 100 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Mild steel hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately.

Forming jambs, etc, to openings (to foregoing item), including cutting, tooting and properly bonding into work, also facing, jointing and pointing to match existing work in CM (1:4), complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 250 mm long aluminium anodized sliding door bolts with hasp & staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections or cast aluminium alloy (ISI marked) complete all as specified.

Supply and fix 150 mm long aluminum anodized tower bolts (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 150mm size aluminium handle, cast type, anodized (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix 100 mm size butt hinges, medium weight, cold rolled mild steel (ISI marked) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix floor door stopper of aluminium alloy body and tongue, anodised, with hard drawn steel spring Overall length of cover plate 150mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs, aluminium mortice lock vertical type, size 100 mm, 4 levers (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm and not exceeding 0.18 Sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match and over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item number 25.00 here-in-before but 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 as in skirting complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs, door closer hydralically regulated( aluminium extuded body), designation No. 2, universal type, suitable for door shutters of 701 to 850 mm in width and of weight between 36 to 60 kg (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed.
