Annual operation and Maintenance of Electrical and Mechanical Installations, power house installations including HT panels, transformers, terminal building, DG Sets, BHS system, operational area or apron, city side car parking area, AAI residential colony, CISF barrack, rooftop solar plant, water supply Pumps in three shifts on all working days as per specification and condition attached, attending to complaints or faults or breakdowns, ensuring serviceability and satisfactory working condition of the system, performing preventive maintenance, maintenance of records or documentation etc. as per the detailed specifications, terms and conditions covered under this contract, on all days including Sundays and holidays and also as and when required basis. Inspection, Servicing and testing of 3 Ph 11KV 400A HT Vaccum Circuit Breaker VCB Panel Make Crompton Greaves, Model 12V X 12 XL as per recommended standards of OEM and as specified in the SCC including testing of connected CTs and PTs, Wiring wherever as required, minor repairing works and replacement of defective parts or spares documenting the testing, submitting the same to AAI etc compelete as required. The activity shall be carried out through the OEM or authorized specialized agencies with appropriate licenses and experiences etc. as required. Dehydration and Filtration of transformer oil of 11 KV or 433V, 500 KVA ONAN transformer from specialized agency. The filtration of the oil is to be done as per relevant IS or IE rule and the Value of BDV, Ph and Acidity is to be checked and recorded before and after the filteration. The BDV value after filtration should be as per relevant IS code or OEM standard. The agency is required to arrange the filteration machine at site at his own cost etc as required. The timing of filteration has to be decided in consultation with Engineer in charge keeping in veiw of operational requirement. App. Qty of Transformer Oil equalto 420Ltr. Replacement of new Silica gel is also included in this item
