Water Proof , Structure (Area 60 mtr clear width x 100 mtr length approx

Main Stage (Waterproof/Weatherproof, wooden raised Stage (20ft x 20ft) with 6’ height, measuring from ground to stage floor. Stage needs to accommodate and bear the weight of 25 persons (2000 Kilograms) Sides need to covered with cotton wall material (Shamiyana) with fire proof coating . Separate section on stage for Yoga performance On Back side 100 % coverage shall be provided on which back drop shall be installed of size 20’x12’. Design of back drop shall be provided by agency)

Standard Yoga Mats to be provided on stage (68 inches x 24 inches)

Podium shall be standard height. A wooden platform (for standing of the speaker) shall also be provided

Carpeting: Entire stage shall be covered with clean carpet (Red or Green) - 20 X 20 Sq. Ft.

Stairs should be used on both the sides for approaching the stage. Wooden planks mounted on wooden pillars to be used for this purpose. At least 5 steps (1 feet footing) shall be used.

Water: 200 ml. water cooled bottles of reputed company.

Public Address (PA) system: Best Quality public address system shall be provided to take care of audience of 8000-10000 in the premises. For this, speakers are to be used. At least 5 wired mikes/microphones and 5 wireless microphones and 20 large speakers are to be installed.

DG set:- For additional and reliable source of power supply; 62-125 KVA portable DG set with fuel oil etc as required shall be provided with all accessories, wiring, control, earthing, safety precaution etc.

Digital LED Day Screen water proof Projection Screens (8’x12’ approx.) installed at 10ft above ground level with structure.
