Overhaul of medium duty gear box of any conveyor. (Less than to 75KW power capacity).

Replacement of medium duty gear box of any conveyor. (Less than to 75KW power capacity).

Replacement of high rise pulleys(27-A/B,28-A/B,29-A/B,30-A/B conveyors)(including drive pulleys any of any conveyor).

Replacement of non-drive pulleys of any conveyor.

Replacement of drive pulleys of any conveyor.

Replacement and overhaul of fluid couplings (HFD-7,8,9).

Replacement of non-drive pulley bearings of any conveyor.

Replacement of drive pulley bearings of any conveyor.

Overhaul of different types of hoists.

Fabrication and replacement of Double plate scrappers of any conveyor

Replacement of Geared couplings RG-10/RG-07/RGBD-200/RG-01/SLEW drive clutch coupling.

Removal/fixing of buckets for S/R

Replacment of parker make gear pump for hydraulic system of S/R 4

Replacement of boom luffing cylinders of S/R 4

Reconditioning of boom luffing cylinders of S/R 4

Note:1. The firm has to quote their acceptable % excess/less on the above mentioned total amount for carrying out the subject work as & when required during the year 2026-27 as per the scope of work attached to this schedule

2. The statutory appliances EPF , ESI shall be reimbursed subject to production of proof of acquittances and limited to the rates & rules applicable from time to time.GST will be paid extra as per the rates & rules applicable from time to time.

3.If any deviation in quoting the tender by the tenderer will be liable for rejection

4. The standard field quality plan should be enclosed to the tender enquiry by incorporating the clause that ”the contractor should submit the FQP duly signed along with the tender schedule

5. FQP shall be approved by QC wing

6. The contractor should engage sufficient man power for completion of the work within time as instructed by the Engineer In charge without fail or else necessary action will be initiated
