Comprehensive Maintenance contract including monthly servicing, repair/replacement of all parts including compressor for 1 ton capacity of blue star make Split type A/c units, at different locations complete as required as per attached special conditions. ( 1 JOB = 1 A/C unit for 1 month) (2 Nos x 12 months = 24 JOB)

ITC of 2 TR Split Type AC (Wall mounted) unit i/c fixing of outdoor units on MS Fabricated Stand and fixing of indoor unit on wall,providing and making interconnections between indoor unit and outdoor unit upto length of 4 Mtrs comprising of suitable size insulated copper piping for suction and Liquid line,PVC drain pipe,including first charge of refrigerant etc., complete as required.

Dismantling, Shifting & Reinstallation of Following type Airconditioner in airport premises (Job i/c piping work, Gas charging etc complete as required ).

1.5 Ton Capacity Split Type AC

Providing and fixing of insulation for the refrigerant piping including the protetcive tape for split type A/c, as per manufacturer requirement/recommendation as required.

Operation of 3 nos VRF based Centralised Air Conditioning units,maintenance of records/ documentation etc. on all days including Sundays and holidays by providing One number Ac technician in one shift etc. as required.
