REPAIR AND CLEANING TO SEWAGE LINES MANHOLE SEPTIC TANKS ETC IN TECH AREA AT AF STN NALIYA

Systematicaly cleaning and desludging of pipe sewers upto 150mm dia excluding man holes but including gully traps of any size and depth, by passing knots, bamboo, kamti and disc of required size, pumping out liquid waste/ sewage, plugging/ diverting the flow in the drain, if necessary and stacking the removed silt/ sludge in deposits as directed including taking precautionary measures such as safty belts, dry cells, torch for lighting inside the manholes and drain etc, sprinkling bleaching powder on the silt / sludge to avoid bad smell and disposal of silt to outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Measurement shall be the length from manhole to manhole including the wall thickness of manhole.

All as per Item No. 01 above, but dia of sewer exceeding 150mm.

M&L for cleaning existing drainage / culverts up to 1.50m depth including removing cover slabs, soils, spoils, vegetation, silt etc and refixing cover slabs including making good in cement mortar (1: 6) and removing material outside the MD land complete all as directed and as specified. Note:- Payment shall be made based on stacked measurement of debries removed from drains and culverts etc.

M&L for removing manhole cover of any type / size / thickness and cleaning manhole chamber of any shape and size upto 1.5m deep by removing sludge / mud from manhole and refixing cover in same position / laid dry including sprinkling antibiotic powder and removing debries outside of MD land complete all as directed and as specified.

M&L for cleaning of septic tank for 50 users including debris / screen chambers by removing cover slab set in CM of any shape / thickness and pumping out water sludge mud with suction pumps including cleaning of inlet / outlet pipes, refixing cover slab in CM (1:3), sprinkling of antibiotic powder etc and dispose mud / sludge out side MD land complete all as directed and as specified. Note:- Rate quoted is deemed to include the cost of all safety/ protective gears required for workers employed by contractor.

All as per Item No.5 above but for 25 users.

All as per Item No.5 above but for 10 users.

Cleaning of blockage of Indian or European type water closet including blockage of Nahani trap or floor trap or gully trap of any size type upto the Ist manhole (blockage of any type took place at IWC or EWC , blockages of kitchen trap, bathroom, wash hand basin trap due to stuck of any substance or material due to any other reasons to the entire satisfaction of users /occupants manually or with using pumping device or any other suitable method or mechanically and getting the signature of the users on complaint slip from TECHNICAL area:- Notes :- 1. Contractor has to depute minimum two or more numbers of safaiwala's to carry out day to day blockage complaints which shall be collected from the complaint cell of AGE B/R-I. 2. Contractor has to make sure that the blockage complaints so received shall be completed within the 24 hours from the time of receipt and for any delay in completion of the particular complaint a penalty of rupees two hundred fifty only (Rs 250.00) shall be recovered from the dues of contractor for delay in completion of complaint per day per complaint.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation and getting out in hard /dense soil.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling , watering and well ramming of soft and loose/hard dense soil in layers not exc 25 cm in any statra complete all as specified and directed.
