MFV Samudrika SR 22026 Refrigeration system works NOTE : 1.JOB TO BE CARRIED OUT ON TURNKEY BASIS,REQUIRED SPARES FOR EXECUTIVE OF JOB IS TO BE ARRANGED BY VENDOR. 2.VENDORS WITH SIMILAR EXPERIENCE IN REFRIGERATION WORKS ON MARINE VESSEL ONLY WILL BE CONSIDERED.

b) Refrigeration system intermediate isolating valves are to be serviced /renewed. Valves will be identified by the Chief Engineer at the time of inspection.Spares for overhauling of the valves are to be arranged by vendor

Checking of all instrumentaion i.e expansion valves, solenoid valves, controls, pressure switches etc.

c) Drier inlet and outlet valves (02 Nos.), gas charging valve (01 No.), No.1 compressor equalizing valve (01 No.), compressor discharge valves (02 Nos.) are to be serviced / renewed. Spares for overhauling of the valves are to be arranged by vendor

Quote seperately for renewal of Gas charging valves,compressor equalizing valve,compressor discharge valves

d) Air blast freezer blower (02 Nos.) in fish hold are to be serviced.Spares for overhauling are to be arranged by vendor

Pump down the refrigeration gas in to empty bottles

Entire Refrigeration System to be flushed out

Pressure testing of system to be carried out if any leakages found during the test to be rectified, N2 bottles to be arranged by vendor

Vaccum testing of system for 24 hrs if any leakages found during the test to be rectified

Charged the plant with gas and trails taken satisfactorily
