Consultancy services for obtaining at least 3 star rating from GRIHA ADARSH. Note : Consultant will facilitate all works, including helping submission to GRIHA , liasion with GRIHA Authority including feedback and execution of work documents, amendments, faciliate auditing by ADARSH/GRIHA team , if any during execution and followup till award of atleast 3 star GRIHA rating from ADARSH/GRIHA

The firm will do the following :- (a) Provide Assistance to entire design team to comply with the GRIHA norms with due dilgence. (b) All assistance in giving feedback and getting amendments issued in the tender ,complying with Green Building concept. (c) Continuous assistance , downlaoding of data facilitiate aduditing and liasion with concerned authorities during execution of work till award of 3 star rating. (d) Facilitate the project team in the documentation (Calculation templates summary narrations. Declration etc) as stipulated by GRIHA . (e) Filter, cross vaildate verify consistency , add value and consolidate the overall documentation (Calculation narrations, summary data and drawings etc.) to make it suitable for the submission to ADARSH.

(f) The consultant will undertake all the commitments compliances and appraisals for criteria (Write ups , photogrpahs , cut sheets of manufactures . Arch and services drgs and marking and parts of tender as appliable) as is required for final submission . (g) Online submission of the complete documentation to GRIHA/ ADARSH. (h) Online submissin of additional data if any required for obtaining 3 star rating

Scope of work is as under :- (a) Construction of total towers is - 07 Nos (i) MCPOs- 04 Towers (ii) POs - 03 Towers (iii) PA of 04 towers of MCPos - 27027Sqm (iv) PA of 3 towers of POs - 22438.80Sqm (b) Total PA of all towers is - 449465.80 Sqm. (c) Architectural drawings have already been finalised and same are enclosed. Tender for the same has already been concluded. (d) Consultant is expected to verify that 3 star GRIHA rating is possible with availabe drawings with no minimum changes . Bidders are expected to bid only if 3 star rating award is possible with avaialble drawings.

Payment Schedule is as under :- (a) On submission of report by the consultant including finalised drawings(with minimum possible changes) confirming that award of 3 Star GRIHA Rating is possible:: 20% fee payble. (Decision of department with regards to acceptance of proposed changes will be final) (b) Day lighting & Energy simulation report - 30% fee payable. (c) Submission of documents to GIRHA - 20% fee payable. (d) GRIHA Certification - 30% Fee payable (e) Payment Authority: GE(P) Vizag

The consultant shall attend the tender presentation on the date and time fixed by the Dept.The consultant shall carryout modifications /clarifications/reviews, if required by the Department during currency of execution of this work, which shall include consultant’s visits to this Office/ Site of work, whenever required, as decided by the Department.

Compeltion period : 156 Weeks (No Compensation will be paid if the period gets extended)

Set of final architectural drawings are provided for analysis .
