M&L for Construction of block masonery valve chamber of size 1.2 x 1.2 x 1.08 M (internal dimension) (above GL 0.30 mtr) suitable for fixing of sluice valves, 15cm thick foundation using PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 over 15cm thick hardcore of broken stone, 23cm thick brick walls built in cement and sand mortar 1:4, 15mm thick internal and external plaster including top of floor in cement and sand mortar 1:3, 15mm thick, finished even and smooth, without using extra cement, 5 mm thick plate cover on 50mm x 50mm x 6mm MS angle frame embeded in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1coping, having rectangular, hinged, opening of size 150 x 100mm with locking arrangements ,hold fasts, etc, applying one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint to all steel surfaces and earth work in any type of soil including disposal of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out the broken, rusted, valve pit cover of any size and M & L for fixing valve pit cover of suitable size to existing made of 3mm thick MS sheet/plate including provision of hinges, handle and locking arrangement including 40 x40 x 4mm iron frame fixed or top of valve pit , including two coat of anti-corrosive paint over a coat of red oxide primer including necessary brick and cement work complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing rotational moulded polyethy lene water stroge tank (cylindrical vertical with closed top ) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR part I. of size 5000 Ltrs complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and debris out side MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in support of CI/DI pipes, Pump set foundation and hardstanding finishing even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of motor base frame made out of angle iron structure as per existing size . Pump set removed from old base frame with disconnection of electric and water lines.Taking of old base frame with and unservicable Nut , Bolts and PCC etc.Nacessary grouting of new Nuts , Bolts and PCC work for mounting of new base frame and Pumpset refixing on the same including necessary testing complete aal as specified and directed.

Supply , installation and testing of centrifugal type pump set with induction motor of capacity 30 HP or next higher capacity ,self priming, total head 70 mtr of water column , electric driven , 3 Phase , 415 volts at 50 mtr head including providing electric connections, suitable foundation with base frame as per manufacturer drawing, Coupling , cut to requried length and making holes for fixing of motor and pumps,grouting in foundation , including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint black colour over a coat of red oxide primer,necessary civil work , anti vibration pad,proper alligement , vaccum gauge at suction and pressure gauge at dilivering side , connection to existing header and connecting with suction and discharge water mains, eccentric/ coccentric fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out existing U/S CI sluice valve of any size any pattern up to 250 mm bore from 80 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair sluice valves,cast iron body, flanged end drilled and non rising type SS spindle with long body, class P N 1.6, of size 100 mm dia including flange joint with rubber or fiber board, bolts, nuts and wahers of complete including pumping out accumulated water compelte all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing asbestos cement pressure pipes of 150 mm dia , any class and position incl all fittings, assessories and fixtures etc of following bore pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, connecting, jointing and testing ductile iron pressure pipe of size 150 mm(6") inch dia , ISI marked suitable for "push on joints" in standard working lengths supplied with rubber gasket duly ISI marked for water supply, Class K-7 with socket and with cement mortar lining inside the metalic zinc coating with finishing layer of bituminious paint on outside the pipe complete all as specified & directed.

Supply, laying, connecting, jointing and testing ductile iron pressure pipe of size 200 mm(8") inch dia , ISI marked suitable for "push on joints" in standard working lengths supplied with rubber gasket duly ISI marked for water supply, Class K-9 with socket and with cement mortar lining inside the metalic zinc coating with finishing layer of bituminious paint on outside the pipe complete all as specified & directed.

Supplying fixing and testing of DI pipe fittings (Specials) heavy duty for any type ( flanged/socketed) pipes such as, bends (any type radius, and angle), tapers, any type straight bend, increasing, decreasing, or double socket etc) Tee pieces, ring branch, Y junction, double branch, Cross (all socket or socket and spigot), collors, caps and plugs, adopters etc of any size radius and length confirming to IS specifications up to 150 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking down old existing PVC tubing and connections of any description/ grade and in any position in trenches/under floors / on walls etc including all fittings/accessories and fixtures such as bends, union, elbow socket, valves, taps etc, all as directed and specified for 20 mm dia pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Hard standing cutting/road cutting for laying of pipe and making surface good with PCC 1:3:6 complete all as specified and directed.

NOTE APPLICABLE FOR ALL ITEMS :- If rate quoted for similar/identical items in same part of Sch ‘A’ is at variance, the lowest rate quoted shall only be considered for payment to the contractor.
