Supply, laying & testing HT Cable XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminum Conductor, 11000 volts grade cross sectional area of size 95 sqmm 3 Core complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed, at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point in soils.

Material and labour for dry clean river sand for cushioning of cable in trenches for cable protection including spreading, leveling and hand punning complete all as specified in SSR Part-I and as directed. Note :- Only compacted thickness of sand will be measured and paid separately.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV Type I, flat, size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm. laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantaling of any type and size ACSR conductor complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantaling of stay assembly including demolation of concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantaling of insulator any size and any type complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantaling of cross arm of MS chanel or angle sections any type any size etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing cable route indicator for HT cable 6 mm thick cast iron plate of size 100 mm dia welded to MS angle iron of size 50 x 50 x 6 mm and embeded in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 block size 150 x 150 x 150 mm duly painted with brown synthetic enamelled paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sq mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sq mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply install testing,commissioning of CRI tested Copper earthing electrode of length 3 metres, 40mm dia and back fill compound of 50kgs ,and conductive gel to retain moisture should be filled layer wise and inter connceted by exothermic brazing & copper strip of size 32x6mm should be suppllied and fix upto testpoint protected by GI pipe of size 50mm dia up to test point including disconnection of old earth strip and fix to new chemical earthing, PCC earth pit of 450MMx450MM size and submmision of earth results and painting of Date of test , value obtain at site and all specified and as directed.

Supply, fabricate, test and commisioning of factory made HT out door feeder pillar box single door of size 1000x1000x600 mm Including locking arrangement cubical type dust proof, weather proof, vermin proof asthetically designed, having atleast IP-65 degree of ingress protection, fabricated from 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet with front & rear opening including bus bar chamber, continuous GI strip earth bus bar, 3 strips of copper bus bar of 400 Amps capacity, insulated color sleaves, procelain/epoxy insulators, rail channels cable alloy, danger notice board(11000 Volt) including made out of 14 guage MS sheet over angle iron frame of size 50x50×6mm, 60 cm grouted in ground floor and 60 cm above GL including necessary excavation foundation.PCC etc complete duly powder coated of approved color all as directed.

M& L Cutting existing road surface or hard standing and repair it after passing the cable through PCC topping 1:2:4 and making good distrubed surface to match with existing levels of road complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing light grade GI tubing 150 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

NOTE APPLICABLE FOR ALL ITEMS :- If rate quoted for similar/identical items in same part of Sch ‘A’ is at variance, the lowest rate quoted shall only be considered for payment to the contractor.
