a) The vendor has to collect the used/dirt bed sheet & pillow covers from site Nautica, HSL Colony, Twice in week - 250Nos.

b) The Vendor has to arrange for wash rinse and dry the bed sheet & pillow covers at Vendor's place.

c) Sufficient quantity of detergent powder shall be used. (Ujala/Compact/resins)

d) After through drying the bed sheets should be pressed at required temp.

e) The vendor should handover the bed sheets at Nautica again after completing the operation sl.no. 2,3 & 4 above, in a good and hygienic condition.

f) The collection, washing, pressing and handing operation should be completed in 3 days.

g) The vendor should arrange to collect the used/dirt bed sheets/pillows covers twice in a week.

h) Any delay in the handling over schedules will be penalized @Rs. 1/- day for each item.

i) Accepted the above conditions and signed.

j) It is requested to quote for the following items involving the operation as indicated.
