Providing Breakdown Mantenance and General servicing of DG set at various Cell BTS TE Bldgs under Tirupati BA Phase II

General Servicing of following capacity E/A sets by Supplying and replacement of recommended grade lube oil ( up to Max level) , lube oil filters, diesel filters, including adjustment of tappet settings, check functioning of start motor, dynamo,fuel pump and nozzle ,adjusting of V-belts tension,cleaning of outer parts including arresting of lube oil and diesel oil leakages,tightning of banzo bolts, checking of AMF panel & its wiring connections ( whereever available) , flashing the exciter field to enable the generator to build up voltage during start-up after long period etc complete as required for the following capacity of DG sets as reqd. (Makes of filters / Lub oil shall be as recommended by Engine manufacturers)

Replacement of the following components(when found faulty) i/c removing the existing one and testing after replacement as required.

b)Hour meter electronic type

c)V-Belts

d)Set of water line Hoses for Radiator (Upt 60KVA)

e)Carbon Brushes upto 20 KVA

f)carbon brushes upto 25/30/35/40 KVA

g)Coolant

h)Door Hinges

i)Air filter elements (Both Inner and Outer including Sealing ring/Single piece) (upto 63 KVA)

j). Turbo Oil drain Hose (upto 63 KVA)

k )Water Pump assly (Upto 62.5 KVA)

l) Oil filling cap assemgly

m). Supplying and fixing of Bitumen tar sheet on the top of the DG set canopy for covering damaged/ rusted roof of the canopy etc as required (for preventing water leakages)

n) S/F of Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR) Suitable up to 63 KVA Alternator and necessary wiring connections i/c testing on load etc., as required.

o)Replacing/ supplying and fixing of the Self starting motor 12 Volts 2.2 KW suitable for Kirloskar/Mahindra/Escort/Eicher Engines as per their suitable model (Make: Autolek/ Mico/ TVS LUcas) Upto 40 KVA

p)Battery Copper cable for connecting Battery and self starting Motor one end Lug soldering other end Terminal soldering 1mtr long

q)Control wiring with necessary switch gears/ ignition switch assly/ Toggleswitch/Push botton Repairing of control panel to work in Manual mode operation etc as required.

r). 63A 4pole 3way rotory type Change over switch

s)Supplying and fixing of 12 volts 10 Amps SMPS Based Battery chargers

Repaiing of jamed fuel injection pump at site by the very skilled man power, cleaning the pump checking the functioning of the governor, testing of the dg etc as required

Repairing of self starter of EA set upto 63 KVA i/ c transportation, reinstallation , testing and commissioning as required

Providing Servicing of radiator of EA set up to 40 KVA, including cleaning, arresting the minor leakages, i/c brazing the cracks, etc. complete as required

Attending DG set Service Engineer at site for attending minor Engine /alternator complaints upto 40 KVA capacity of various makes and models (attending oil lekages, loose connections, replacement of fuse in AVR etc), clearing of air locks etcas required.(Material cost shall be paid extra)

Jungle cutting arround the DG set ,cleaning /clearing the way to go to near to the DG set
