Demolition of precast concrete block walling and similar items ie. ashlar facing dressed stone work, precast concrete articles etc.,of any discription and in any position, built in cement mortar, including all quoins, arches and pillars etc. and M & L for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks of PCC (1:5:8) (using 20mm and 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate in the proportion as directed exc 10cm in width and set and jointed in C M 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description and in any position of brick/concrete surfaces on walls / celing etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc & prepared to receive new plaster and disposing off the rubbish off the premises of cantonment complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finished surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement and including preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion paint to match the existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only water proofing compound (ISI Mark) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or conrete surfaces / stone masonary and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement and including newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position (unreinforced) in ground floors/ paving not exceeding 15 cm thick (below or above GL) and disposing rubbish off the premises of cantonment complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in plinth protection finishing the surface even and smooth w/o using extra cement including forming & filling expansion joints 65 mm deep x 10 mm wide filled with sealing compound grade A complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing chowkats or frames of any description and in any position from the opening of size not exceeding 1.50 sqm each with shutter i.e. without taking off shutter from the frames complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing chowkats or frames of any description and in any position from the opening of size exceeding 1.50 sqm but not exceeding 4 sqm each with shutter i.e. without taking off shutter from the frames complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Aluminium alloy wire cloth, 0.45 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm (weight not less than 600 gms / sqm) and fixed with aluminium wire staples, wooden beads etc complete all as specified and directed

S & F 35 mm thick factory made IInd class hard wood (not less than Hollock wood) glazed and skelton shutters open rebated and prepare to receive glass / gauze etc (without sash bars) edges of framing plain chamfered or rounded, fitted with moulded beads both sides for securing glass etc {size of members of shutters as specified in clause 8.24 (a) of section 8 of SSR - I} supplied and fitted to chowkat complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 35 mm thick factory made Flush shutters solid core construction with block board core and plywood face panels commenrcial face on both sides with lipping / frame to match with and including preparation of the surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 200 mm long aluminum anodized barrel tower bolts of extruded section and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed stone ware, AC or reinforced concrete) 200 mm dia pipe of any description and in any position set and jointed in cement mortar and Supplying, fixing, jointing and testing reinforced concrete drain pipes 200 mm bore, class NP-2, laid and jointed with collar in CM 1:1 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed stone ware, AC or reinforced concrete) 300 mm dia pipe of any description and in any position set and jointed in cement mortar and Supplying, fixing, jointing and testing reinforced concrete drain pipes 300 mm bore, class NP-2, laid and jointed with collar in CM 1:1 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of RCC manholes covers of any description and in any position and disposing rubbish only (not the cut reinforcement which will be contractor's property as per Sch of credit) out side the cantonment area and M & L for pre-cast cement concrete manholes covers in RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) with duly engraved "MES" marking and placing in position and set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for concrete bed to drain pipes in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) including packing under and hauching against the side of the pipes after they are laid tested for pipes of 200 mm dia complete all as specified and directed

M & L for concrete bed to drain pipes in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) including packing under and hauching against the side of the pipes after they are laid tested for pipes of 300 mm dia complete all as specified and directed

M & L for mild steel TMT bar 6 to 8 mm dia as in reinforcement cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending etc and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in benching, surface chanels including fair finish to surfaces, chamgering, throating and weathering and necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundation of manholes, mass concrete etc complete as specified and directed.

M & L for cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates ) smooth finished, and reforming benching as required for 150 mm to 300 mm dia of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work of any description and in any position including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc and M & L for mild steel framed work [Fe-410-W (grade 250) quality A] as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces,etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other coverings, doors etc., to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing and including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer alround before fixing in position complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work of any description and in any position including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc and M & L for mild steel roof trusses (framed) trusses purlins and fastening (etc.,angle, channel) or flat section including distance pieces, MS plates / gusset plates, cleats, hold fast etc. conforming to Gde of steel Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 quality A also fastening and fixing and including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer alround before fixing in position complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated A C or steel sheeting any guage, of any description and in any position as in roof coverings and S & F pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with L or J hooks complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated A C or steel sheeting any guage of any description and in any position as in roof coverings and S & F pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 mpa as in ridge etc fixed with L or J hooks complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfacesof wall surfaces by complete removal of existing treatment on wall (any number of layers ) by scarping with steel scapers or any other mean including filling depessions of scapped surface with putty and pereparation of surface for further treatment and applying two coats of distemper oil emlusion white or tinted over a two coat of wall care putty on walls complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfacesof wall surfaces by complete removal of existing treatment on wall (any number of layers ) by scarping with steel scapers or any other mean including filling depessions of scapped surface with putty and pereparation of surface for further treatment and applying two coats of cement base paint over a two coat of wall care putty on walls complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparation of new painted surface of wood and wood based material any description and in any position over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparation of new painted surface of steel and iron surface of any description and in any position over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for false ceiling work of galvenised MS ceiling grid system 'UNLOCK" comprising of main runner 38 mm x 24 mm x 0.35 mm cross tee 38 mm x 24 mm x 0.25 mm and GI suspenders 4 mm dia fixed to ceiling with and including supply and fixing mineral fibres acoustic ceiling board of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 12 mm thick complete all as specified and directed and fixed as per manufacturers instructions including taking down existing ceiling of any discription and in any position and making good the disturb surfaces to match with the existing surfaces and finishes complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and / or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in section, in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation, for laying / taking down sewage / water supply lines, forming bottom surfaces to required slpoe & gradient and not exc 10 sqm on plan and not exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and exc 1.5 m deep but not exc 3 mtr in depth for foundation, for laying / taking down sewage / water supply lines, forming bottom surfaces to required slpoe & gradient and not exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in the any type of soil including spreading, levelling, watering and ramming in layers not exc. 25 cms complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material of any type of soil not exceeding 50 Mtr away and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light,fan,socket or power) complete including fittings and fixtures such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody ot for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc complete all as specified and directed.
