M&L for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete in CM 1:6 finishing even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in two layers, first layer 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 and second layer 5 mm thick in CM 1:4 finishing fair and even mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Supply of water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately).

Supply only of integral water proofing compound of approved make all as specified and directed. (Make : Scott No-1/Fosroc/Impermo).

M&L for rendering 5mm thick on fair faces of concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 in ceiling surface finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), and aprons removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for joint free non Skid ceramic coloured tiles (matt finish) 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles, laid over and including 15 mm thick screed in cement mortar mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm high skirting with joint free non Skid ceramic coloured tiles (matt finish) 7 to 8 mm thick high area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tile, laid over and including 10 mm thick screed in cement mortar mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. Taking down and removing of existing water proofing treatment of any description completely, taking down of old cement plaster if any or roughening of surfaces and cleaning the top surface of RCC slab with using wire brushes and water to remove all dust and loose particles etc complete all as spd and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on roof/ concrete surfaces with using water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as spd and as directed. (Supply only of water proofing compound/admixture shall be measured and paid separately).

M&L for water proofing treatment with 4mm thick APP modified membrane weighing not less than 4Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyester matt weighing not less than 160 Gram/Sqm having softening point not less than 140 degree celsius, longitudinal tensile strength not less than 300 N/Sqm, tearing strength of 180 N, laid after applying a coat of Bitumen Emulsion, Primer @ 0.20Kg/Sqm over the thoroughly cleaned surfaces to be water proofed. Membrane shall then be laid with 10Cm side overlaps and 15Cm end laps completely thermo fused by flame torch application as per manufacturer's instructions. Care shall be taken to avoid wrinkles while sticking the membrane on the bitumen surface. A coat of hot blown bitumen 90/15 shall be applied on top of the membrane @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm and finally finished with solar reflective aluminium paint @ 0.10 Kg/Sqm. The water proofing membrane shall be extended upto a height of minimum 30 cm on wall and inserted by cutting groove and filling with bitumen complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only of liquid waterproofing compound of approved make of Scott No-1, Impermo/Fosroc etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of 20 mm outer dia 3 layer PP-R poly-propylene random copolymer concealed pipes SDR 7.4 (PN-16) UV stabilized and anti microbial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all PP-R plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors etc., including taking up or down steel tubing and connections complete all as specified and directed.
