Demolition of plain cement concrete (un reinforced) in ground floors, pavings and in foundations not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) including removal of demolished material out side MD land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick square/rectangular area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm, in floors etc., jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of tiles laid on and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for joint free matt finished rectified ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick square/rectangular area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, in floors etc., jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of tiles laid on and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick light shade (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 Sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as spd and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 10 mm thick vitrified ceramic tiles matt finish suitable for out door , any shade, (square / rectangular) polished, area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 Sqm, in vertical surfaces of skirting etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including 10 mm thick rendering screed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

M&L for coloured glazed tile of size 350 x 250 x 7mm/450 x 350 x 7mm thick in vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and inlcuding including 10 mm thick rendering screed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified. (Make for Item No 3 to 7 : NITCO/ SOMANY/ ASIAN / JOHNSON)

M&L for 25 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in leveling coarse for tile floor complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in plinth protection laid in alternative bays finished even and smooth without using extra cement including making 6 mm wide grooves to full depth at 2 m to 3m interval and at every change of direction and filling the grooves with mixture of bitumen and sand mixed in the ratio of 1:3 by weight complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of stone slabs and tles laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc complete all as spd and directed.

M&L for 18-20 mm thick Granite stone slabs of any type machine cut bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admiture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing laid over and including 15 mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and directed.

M&L for rounding to the edges of stone slabs one edge as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description, on brick walls including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in two layers, first layer 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 and second layer 5 mm thick in CM 1:4 finishing fair and even mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Supply of water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately).

Supply only of integral water proofing compound of approved make all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete in CM 1:6 finishing even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick on fair faces of concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 in ceiling surface finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer all as specified and directed. (Make : Asian/Shalimar/Berger)

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of and applying two coats of cement base paint, white or tinted over a priming coat all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Make : Indocem/Supersnowcem/Duracem)

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of ceilings and applying three coats of white wash all as specified and directed. (Make for item No-20 & 21 : Lovelycem/Suryacem/Janathacem)
