Providing, laying, spreading and compacting of stone aggregate of specific sizes to water bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 K.N. static Road roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening at the rate of 0.22 cum ( zero point two cubic meters) per ten square meters, to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading –III, 53mm to 22mm ( sixty three millimetres to forty five millimetres)size, 75mm ( seventy five millimetre) compacted thickness as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause No. 405 including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental . The rate is including octori, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Earth work in excavation for all types of road structures such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drains, parapets and other similar structures in all kinds and classification of soil, comprising of ordinary mix soil, ordinary rock, hard rock, chiseling/wedging out rocks (where blasting is prohibited) complete in accordance with the lines and dimensions shown in the drawings, including setting out, construction of shoring, bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of excavated material upto any leads and lifts including dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable approved materials to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm (one hundred fifty milimeters) compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping or bailing out water (surface and sub-soil water) up to any depth and any quantum of water and cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering complete as per drawing and MORD Technical Specification section 300 & 1600 as per the direction and the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Construction of granular sub base by providing well graded material mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC,carriage of mixed materials to work site upto any lead of 1000m , spreading in uniform layers with motor graderr on prepared surface and compacting with three wheel 80-100 (Eighty-hundred) KN static roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MORD technical specification clause-401 as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including octori, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN (eighty to one hundred kilonewton) weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 and 400.12 and M.O.R.D.Technical Specification Section 400 and as per direction of Engineer-in-charger including entire carriage of materials within all leads lifts and other incidentals and per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materils within all leads and lifts and other incidential.The rate is including octori, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-I) including cleaning the road surface with hydraulic/mechanical brooms and spraying with emulsion pressure distributor at the rate 0.225 kg (zero point two two five kilogram) per square meter on the prepared Bituminous surface complete as per MORD Technical specification clause 503 and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including octori, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Providing and laying 30mm (Thirty millimetre) compacted thick bituminous concrete with min 40-60 TPH (forty- sixty tonne per hour) hot mix batch type/drum type plant with electronic control Grading-II using crushed aggregate 13mm (Thirteen millimetre) nominal size of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-10 (Viscosity Grade-ten) @ 5.50% (five decimal five zero percent)/ Job mix formula of mix weight transported to site, laid with censor paver finisher hydraulic with censor control to the required grade, level and alignment over a previously prepered surface and rolling complete with smooth wheeled roller 8-10 (Eight-Ten) tonne capacity for initial break down rolling and vibratory roller 8-10 (Eight-Ten) tonne capacity or pneumatic type roller of 12-15 (Twelve-fifteen Tonne) with tyre pressure of atleast 0.56mpa (Zero point five six ) for intermediate rolling and finish rolling with 6-8 (six-eight) tonne smooth wheeled tandom roller to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH technical specification clause No. 509 and as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads,lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm (two decimal five millimeter) thick and 0.10 (zero decimal one zero) meter wide strip in centre line and 0.30 (zero decimal three zero) meter wide strip in zebra crossing including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms (two hundred fifty grammes) per square meter area, thickness of 2.5mm (two decimal five millimeter) is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC: 35 (thirty five) in accordance with ministry of road transport specifications (Latest revision) and IRC code the finished surface to be level, uniform and free from strasks and holes including carriage of all labours, equipments and materials to various location through all modes of tranpottation in all leads , lifts and all incidental charges. Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain cement concrete nominal mix 1:4:8 (One cement isto four sand isto eight graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (Forty millimeter) nominal size), on ground or under water for all type of structure, in R/wall / B/wall and the like etcetera complete including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering (surface/sub soil water)including removal of slush which may arise at time of laying concrete for all heights/depths including cost of form work and curing complete for 14 (fourteen) days as per drawing and MORD Technical specification section 800, 900, 1200 and 1600 as per entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.The rate is including octori, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government but exluding GST.
