Engagement of 02 nos agreemental-B workers for the following jobs. Making seed beds for all sort of soil for plantation (afforestation of seeding saplings by engaging labour and spreading manour time to time all complete and also sprinkling water in morning and evening daily inside garden, plantation area, etc. for developing of seedLing and saplings of trees and flowers and other plants, cutting, cleaning, levelling , dressing of land, cleaning , of jungle grasses , rain water etc. as per direction of EIC. (For garden infront of New Technical Building,U#5 power house and Adm. Building) (Please see Page- 11 of NIT to know 'Wage Estimate' details w.e.f. date:01.01.2024 of 02 nos. Agreemental-B workers & Page- 10 to know 'Scope of Work') [Ref. minimum wage mentioned in NIT.Quote less than mentioned minimum wage shall liable for rejection of bid.] (This quoted rate will be fixed for the entire contractual period of work and no reimbursement will be made in any case). The job involves supply of necessary tools & tackles and deployment of two (02) nos workers(Agreemental-B) on regular basis.

Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches of drain or septic tank,soil(in/c mixed soil but ex/c latarite & sand stone )in/c removing and staking the spoils & in/c trimming the sides of tranches levelling and ramming the bottom balling of pumping out water etc.as required complete. a)Depth of excavation not excecding 1.50mtr.(not requirng soring)

Supplying and stacking of good earth (adequate for horticulture work) at site including royalty (earth measured in stack will be reduced by 20% for payment.

Supplying and stacking sludge (adequate for Horticulture work) at site in dry cake form from approved disposal work site including royalty, all lead and lift etc. (Sludge measured in stack will be reduced by 8%).

Spreading of sludge, dump manure,/farm yard manure/animel dung manure and good earth in required thickness. This includes supply of labour, tools & plants excluding materials.

Clearing compound premises of shurbs, plants, jungles etc. by cutting and removing as directed (Specific permission of Engineer-in-Charge prior to execution will be necessary). (Payment to be made on area cleared)

Planting of trees ( Avenue plants) in 0.60m dia holea, 1m deep dug in the ground, mixing the soil with decayed farm yard/sludge manure. This includes supply of labour, tools & plants including materials but excluding cost of tree.

Maintanance of trees for one year (Avenue Plants) including watering, trimming, manuring, spraying insecticide and guarding as required. This includes supply of labour, tools & plants including materials.

Applying decorative cement based paint of approved quality after preparing the surface including scraping the same thoroughly(plastered or concrete surface) as per manufacturer's specification. In ground floor. a)Two coats

Preparation of beds for hedging and shrubbery by excavating 60cm deep and trenching the excavated base to a further depth of 30cm, refilling the excavated earth after breaking clods and mixing with sludge or manure in the ratio of 8:1 ( 8 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20%, one part of stacked volume of sludge or manure after reduction by 8%), flooding with water, filling with earth if necessary watering and finally fine dressing, levelling etc., including stacking and disposal of materials declared unserviceable and surplus earth by spreading and levelling as directed, within a lead of 50m lift upto 1.5m complete. This includes supply of labour, tools & plants including materials. Planting hedge plants in two rows at 30cm apart

Maintenance of hedge for one year including application of necessary pesticide, farm yard manure, replacement of damaged hedge plant by new one complete in all respect as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge. This includes supply of labour, tools & plants including materials.
