Four Course waterproofing treatment of roof of RCC Godowns at CW Tadepalligudem Nellore Machilipatnam Gudivada AP

Providing and laying four courses water proofing treatment with bitumen felt over roofs consisting of first and third courses of blown bitumen 85/25 or 90/15 conforming to IS : 702 applied hot @ 1.45 Kg per square metre of area for each course, second course of roofing felt (hessian based self finished bitumen felt-3mm) and fourth and final course of silicon paint of 8Sqm per leter including preparation of surface but excluding grading complete with :(rate i/c extra labour for removing the existing damaged tar felt and disposal of the same from the CWC premises as directed by E.I.C :Bitumen felt (hessian base) conforming to IS : 1322. Note: The contractor shall carry out water testing of the completed waterproofing work at his own cost to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge (EIC). No separate payment or extra claim whatsoever shall be admissible on account of conducting the water test. Further, 25% of the payment for the waterproofing work shall be withheld and shall be released only after successful completion of the water test and certification by the Engineer-in-Charge that the waterproofing work is satisfactory.
