Taking down old unserviceable feeder pillar box from existing position of different capacity including all accessories from panels complete all as specified and directed.

Supply , installation testing and commissioning of out door type feeder pillar box factory made openable from front & rear double door type, dust and vermin proof, fabricated out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete with 4 Nos heat shrink insulated aluminium bus bar of 400 Amps rating including all connection with aluminium busbar strip, feeder pillar box shall be provided with danger notice plate with skull & bone sign,making all electrical incoming and out going electrical cable connection with new lugs , glands to be provided at cable entries , including , MS channel frame of ISMC 75 at the base of panel only for grouting purpose and grouted in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed and comprising following accessories:-

Incoming (a) MCCB four pole 415 Volts 50 Hz 200 Amps rating with rupturing capacity 36 KA adjustable thermal & adjustable megnetic settings -01 Nos.Make L&T/Siemens/Schneider

(b) Panel mounted multifunction digital meter 3 Lines LCD display in 96 x 96 sqmm flush mounted case, accuracy class 1.0 complete with all accessories including 3 Nos 200/5 A CT Make- HPL Cat No EM VIFP - 01 No

Out going (a) MCCB three pole 415 Volts breaking capacity 25 KA of rating 100amps mounted on din rail including connection from mainbus bar to MCCB with aluminium busbar strips of suitable current ratings -3 Nos

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil n. exc. 1.5 M wide and n. exc. 1.5 Mts in depth for laying of cables , and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25 cm thick after the cable are laid.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance n. exc. 50 Mtrs and depositing where directed at a lavel n.exc. 1.5 Mtr above the starting point.

Supply and spreading clean dry river sand in trenches around the cable for cushioning all as specified.

Supply and laying un reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, typeI flat size 250mmx150mmx40mm complete.

Re laying un reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, typeI flat size 250mmx150mmx40mm complete.recovered from relaying of cables

Supply and laying GI pipe 'Light grade" conf to IS Specifications with ISI certification mark in trenches, under floors, roads, along poles for protection of cables including sealing ends all as specified and directed of size :-Make: Tata / Jindal / Surya

Taking down existing damage/unsv PVC insulated, armoured, aluminium conductor 1100V grade cable of any size and core from trenches, pipe, ducts, pole etc where feasible and economical. Testing for serviceability of cable, cutting and segregating serviceable portion and relaying serviceable cable where directed, unserviceable cables will be deposited to MES Store yard.

Rerouting/Laying in trenches/through pipes/ducts or on pole/walls jointing to OH conductor, LT panels, main switches with cable size aluminium lugs and testing, PVC insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cables with aluminium conductor, 1100 V grade serviceable cable received from item No 7 above all as specified and directed for cable size :-

(a) 25 sqmm to 70 sqmm 3.5/4 core

(b) 95 sqmm to120 sqmm 3.5 core

(c) 150 to 400 sqmm 3.5 core

Supply and fixing only underground LT cables XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed aluminium conductors multistranded armoured heavy duty 1100 Volt grade cross sectional area 25 Sq mm 3.5core laid in trenches/ducts/along poles/through pipe under road etc with new aluminium lugs of cable size all as specified and directed. Make- Havells/ICL/Gloster/Plaza/Finolex/Polycab size 25 Sq mm 4Core.

Taking down defective street light fitting of any size/ type/ capacity from height of pole/walls/high mast of any location exceeding 7.0 m height for repair work and re-fixing back after repair work including checking, inspecting, testing and commmissioning complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note::a) The M/L for Items like ballast, lamp, igniters, capacitors, electronic drivers,surge protection devices etc shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items herein under this Schedule. b) Necessary tools like ladders & other T&P reuired etc shall be arranged by the Contractor. c) The rate quoted deemed to be inclusive for minor parts nut bolts, circle clips, clamps etc if any required at site.d) The M/L for repairs to LED panel is not included in the scope and shall be measured and paid separately.

Dismantling old un-serviceable flood light fittings from any position exceeding 7.5 m height, Supply & fixing LED flood light fittings comprising of epoxy powder coated housing, enclosed with glass cover in frame LED type (with total lumen output not less than 20,000 lumens and suitable wattage for efficiency not less than 95 lumens/Watt) with ingress protection IP 65 and surge protection device of 10 KV capacity etc incl necessary, angle iron supports , clamps etc complete and testing on completion all as specified and as directed Make: Bajaj cat part No BJFL 200W LED I or eCG/ Goldwyn/ Bajaj/ Surya /HALONIX .

Taking down old unserviceable street light fittings from any height and Supply & fixing LED street light fittings comprising of epoxy powder coated housing, enclosed with glass cover in frame,with lumen output not less than 8500 lumens suitable wattage for efficiency not less than 95 lumens/Watt, with ingress protection IP 65 and SPD of capacity 10 KV etc complete and testing on completion all as specified and as directed. Make: Bajaj 90W LED I V2 or equivalent CG/Havells/ Goldwyn/ Bajaj /Surya .

M&L for earthing in replacement complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60x60cmx6.3mm thick burried directly in ground ( earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip 32x6 mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of SSR Part-I 1991 connected to earthing test point/transformer/panel all as specified or indicated and testing on completion as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including necessary excavation & earth work in any type of soil, funnel, PCC chamber ( 1 : 3 : 6) type C1, RCC pit cover , charcol, salt including provision of earth lead protected by 40 mm dia light grade GI pipe and 20mm dia medium grade GI Pipe for watering complete.

28. Cutting trench through road/wall to awidth of 20cm and depth of 30cm for inserting GI protecion pipe for drawing cable and filling back the trench with PCC 1:3:6type C1 all as specified and directed.

Boring of holes underneath road / foot path / hardstanding / culvert etc by using trencless technology by ultra sound technic and necessary machinery including providing 100mm dia GI pipe medium grade for drawing cables complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down and Supply and fixing LT air circuit breaker CN CS 800S1 type manually draw out with front removal type 800 Amps rating 4 pole equipped with service power micro processor based protection release (SR18G)with short circuit over load and earth fault protection and breaking capacity not less than 50KA,Icu50KA Ics50KA Icw50KAfor 1second,self diagonistic microprocessor base releae with on load testing through test button , inbuilt thermal memory,protection release conforms to EMI/EMC standard, breaker control through MODBUS protocol Make : L&T/Siemens/ABB/GE
