Service charges on monthly basis (to be quoted in percentage) are invited for the deployment of trained and uniformed security personnel to safeguard the premises, assets and other designated areas while ensuring compliance with security protocols as directed by the Engineer-in-charge and in accordance with the tender guidelines. 1. Deployment of Security Personnel • Providing well trained, disciplined & uniformed security personnel to ensure the safety & security of the premises. • Personnel must be physically fit, professionally trained and to handle security related duties effectively. • Ensuring round the clock security services in shifts as per operational requirements. • Security personnel must adhere to proper conduct, discipline & compliance with the security instructions. 2. Salary & Statutory Compliance: • Timely payment of salaries to the security personnel in accordance with applicable labor laws. • Full compliance with statutory requirements including: a. Employees’ Provident Fund (EPF) b. Employees’ State Insurance (ESI) c. Any other applicable government mandated regulations. • Maintenance of payroll records & compliance documentation to ensure transparency. • The payment will be reimbursed by this Organization(HIDCO) in due course to the Security Deployment Agency. 3. Uniforms and Essential Equipment: Security personnel will be provided with: i. New uniforms including shoes, twice a year. ii. Additional winter uniforms during the winter season. iii. Essential accessories such as torch lights for night shifts. iv. Umbrellas or raincoats during the rainy season as per site requirements.

4. Supervision and Management: i. Regular supervision & monitoring of security personnel to maintain the efficiency & discipline. ii. Attendance tracking & maintenance of duty rosters to ensure the proper shift rotations. iii. Immediate response to emergencies including fire, theft, trespassing or other security threats. 5. Additional Responsibilities (If Required): i. Managing visitor entry and exit points including visitor verification and registration. ii. Performing gatekeeping duties such as checking identification and monitoring access control. iii. Conducting routine surveillance and patrolling to prevent unauthorized access and security breaches. iv. Reporting any suspicious activity, security risks, or incidents promptly to the concerned authorities. v. Assisting in emergency response procedures and evacuation plans as per security protocols. 6. Service Charge & Eligibility Criteria: i. The service charge percentage shall range from 0% (zero) to 10% (ten). Any offer beyond this range will be considered invalid. ii. Any quotation exceeding this range will be considered invalid & will not be accepted. iii. The service provider must have prior experience in managing security services & should comply with all tender requirements. iv. Necessary documents including registration certificates, compliance proofs & past experience records etc must be provided along with the proposal.
