Erection Part

Erection of steel tubular pole 9/10/11Mtr. (Long Single Pole Str of 22 KV HT Line): -Excavation of earth in all kinds of soil for making pits of size (1.8x1x1x) mtr. suitable for installing S.T.P. 9/10/11 M long, erection of S.T.P 9/10/11 M long with RCC muff in the excavated pit refilling of pit with excavated soil including watering and ramming etc. as required, disposing off surplus soil at the dumping site & local bodies, fixing of M.S clamps , stay clamps, stay wire,M.S channel cross arms,AI bracing,barbed wire danger plats, isulators nut & bolts including drilling,bending welding etc.as required, filling of RCC muffwith Cement concrete in ratio 1:2:4 (1cement:2 sand :4 concrete 20mm nominal size) from bottom to top painting of all steel parts and STP with two coats of aluminium paint A grade fixing of any other item required to complete the job, as per standard practice of HPSEBL as per the direction of Engineering in charges.

Long(Double pole structure:-Excavation of earth in all kinds of soil for making two numbers pits of size (1.8x1x1x)M each, suitable for installing STP 9/10/11 mtr long, erection of S.T.P 9/10/11 M long with RCC muff in the excavated pit, refilling of pit with excavated soil including watering and ramming etc. as required, disposing off surplus soil at the dumping site of local bodies, fixing of M.S clamps , stay clamps, stay wire, M.S channel cross arms, AI bracings,barbed wire, danger plats, isulators, nut & bolts,continuous earth wire with MS clamps, including drilling,bending welding etc.as required, filling of RCC muff with Cement concrete in ratio 1:2:4 (1cement:2 sand :4 concrete 20mm nominal size) from bottom to top painting of all steel parts and STP with two coats of aluminium paint superior grade and fixing of any other item required to complete the job, as per standard practice of HPSEBL/REC, as per the direction of Engineer-in -charge

Erection of HT stay set :-Excavation of earth in all kinds of soil foor making stay pit of size 1.2x1x1M, fixing of HT stay set ,nozelling and tightening of stay wire complete, refilling of pit with excavated soil including watering and rammining of soil,disposing off all surplus soil at dumping site of local bodies, fixing of any other material required to complete the job, complete in all respects as per standard practice of HPSEBL and as per satisfaction & direction of Engineer in Charges, complete in all respect.

Erection of HT earthing Set:-Excavation of earth in all kinds of soil for making pits of size (2.5x1x1mtr) fixing of HT earthing set with GI wire in pit refilling of pit with alternate layer of charcoal 40 Kg, salt 40Kg and soft soil, including ramming watering etc. as required, disposing of surplus soil at dumping site of local bodies, earthing of structure and allied material such as stay wire, isolators channels etc. with GI wire 6 SWG and P/fixing any otherpetty Items to complete the job as per satisfaction & direction of Engineer in Charges, complete in all respect.

Erection of conductor:- Re-stringing and re-sagging , fixing of jumpers of 22 KV HT Line with off sizes Conductor and G.I Earth wire 8/10 SWG Complete in All respects . As per direction if engineer incharge.

Dismantling Charges of Conductor off sizes:-Removal of conductor from insulator and de-stringing complete in all respects

Extra Mannual carriage for an average lead of 1.000 Km from road side to site of work for Steel Tubular Pole 9/10/11 Mtr Long with allied material. For an average lead of 2.00 Km =8X2=16 km

Dismantaling of rotten wooden pole and carriage of rotten wooden pole from site of work to the JE Section store , including transportation , loading and unloading complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer In-Charge

Prov. Nuts and Bolts of Various Sizes (Galvanised / Coated) [Preferably 16 mm Φ or more (with flat and spring washers)] at site of work.

Providing C I X-arm (2800x100x50x6 mm) at site of work.

Providing HT stay set:-Suitable for 22/11KV HT Line made of MS Round ,1800 mm in length and 18 mm Dia having threaded up to 300 mm on one end with one nut & one check nut to avoid slippage and an Eye off 40 mm Dia on other side end welded confirming to REC Specification . Elbow made of MS Chanel Iron 75X40X6mm , 250 mm long and MS Roud 18 mm dia , vertical height 450 mm , both ends bends after putting in two holes in chaannel iron , taking the ends out 25 mm minimum in lenght and welded with channel iron , one anchor of angle iron 65x65x6mm , 750 mm in length with one hole of 20 mm dia in the centre. The complete stay set shall be painted with superior quality black Japan Paint.at site of work.
