SCHEDULE `A' PART-XVII MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS OF WORK (Note for items 17.01 to 24.01: The contractor shall quote his rate for each of these items separately. The estimated rate is left blank since the same is not prepriced by MES)

SEWAGE DISPOSAL S&F advance septic tank of capacity 1200L made of LLDPE (linear low density polyethylene). The system consists of 1 no. of LLDPE Tank made of Rota moulding process, having diameter of 1.30 m with usual process variation and height of 1.40 m with usual process variation. The tank shall have two chambers (zones), i.e. setting zone and film zone (High specific surface area) with pall ring media. The first chamber to work as a solid seperation zone where the setteleable solids settle down and are further degraded anaerobically. Second stage is high specific surface area (100 m2/m3) through fixed film plastic media to retain high mass of anaerobic micro-organisms to degrade the organic matter in the sewage complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pre-fabricated Soak pit of capacity 4000L made of LLDPE (Linear low Density Polyethylene). The system consists of 1 No of LLDPE tank made by Roto moulding process having diameter of 1.90m & height of 2.02m with usual process variation. Thank to have perforations of suitable size on major part of body for absorption of sewage coming from septic tank in to soil complete all as specified and as directed.

CHILLAR FOUNDATION/TRAVERSE AND TOE WALL / FENCING GATE M&L Preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of acrylic emulsion paint in camouflage pattern over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

FIRE FIGHTING POINT M & L for Pre-cast cement concrete (1:5:8) (20mm graded stjone aggregates) block masonary with soild block, exc 10cm in with and setting in cement motar 1:6 complete all as specified & directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTIFICATION Supply and Installation / commisioning of 11kV 630Amps 21kA/3 sec. Non-Extensible Ring Main Unit Compact switchgear consisting of (DV) One No. Direct Module for incoming cable and One No. Fixed MOTORISED Vacuum Circuit Breaker in SF6 insulated stainless steel enclosure with series trip, self-powered microprocessor based numerical over current and earth fault relay protection. M&L Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure all as directed by EIC.

Supply and installation and commisioning of capacity of 100 KVA Isolation transformer, indoor / Outdoor type complete copper wound, oil cooled, class of insulation B, metallic body duly powder coated designed for I/C voltage 415+-5% and O/P voltage range 415+-5% with standard fittings, 3 Phase 4 wire with Primary & secondary winding ratio 1:1 , vector group:Dyn 11, Delta-Star, IP 42/55 with first filling of transformer oil of requisite dielectric strength up to level, efficiency more than 95%, separator neutral bushing shall be brought out for earthing. Potential difference between N to E less than one Volt with all standard fittings like digital tem meter, adequate number of cooling radiators, lifting hook one set, earthing terminal two nos complete with over load/short circuit protection all as specified and directed by EIC.

Supply & Fix in replacement of Automatic / Manual with inbuilt Time delay Transfer Switch 200 Amps four pole (with Enclosure) with connections of Auto / Manual Transfer Switch including Testing all as directed.

Supply & fix LED flood light-High Lumen output fitting of 100 Watt with exclusive innivative designed, long life versatile pressure die cast aluminium IP65 flood light luminaire with high power LED as light source complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L of Chemical earthing complete with copper plate electrode 900 x 600 x 5 mm thick burried directly in ground earth pit not less than 3.00 mtr below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level connected to and including Copper strip of 32x6 mm as earth lead up to 7.5 mtr long fixed by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers or brazing etc. of galvanized iron or steel including provn of GI protection pipe light grade of 40 mm bore and connected to earth strip earthing test point all as shown in electrical plate No 5 of SSR Part-I 2009 and as specified or indicated and testing on completion including necessary excavation & earthwork in any type of soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber, precast slab 50 mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (reinforced with welded steel wire fabric (XPM) of weight not less than 4 kg/sqm) with frame, funnel with watering pipe of 15 mm bore medium grade, wire mesh and lugs, test point including salt (150 KG), coal dust (100 KG) & Magnesium sulphate (150 KG) including refilling of earth pit with cultivated soil and removal of surplus soil upto 50 mtrs apart etc. complete. Note : Copper strip exceeding 7.5m long shall be measured & paid separately. The earth resistance value less than 1 ohm. Failing to achieve the value the contractor shall be re do the earthing without any extra cost.

AIR CONDITIONING Supply and install Electronic wall mounting type voltage stablizer suitable for AC upto 1.5 TR for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type and designed for input variation between 170 volt to 250 volt with output voltage stabilized at 230 volt with accuracy of ±2.5% and of capacity 4.0 KVA complete all specified and directed.

Supply and install Electronic wall mounting type stablizer suitable for AC upto 2.0 TR Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type and designed for input variation between 170 volt to 250 volt with output voltage stabilized at 230 volt with accuracy of ±2.5% and of capacity 5.0 KVA complete all specified and directed.

FIRE ALARM SYSTEM Supply, install and commissioning analogue addressable type Fire alarm control panel along with network interface card and with Lead acid battery back up for 08 hours normal operation and 15 minutes alarm operation. (The control panel, battery charger, etc shall be UL listed) Complying with BS EN 54 Two loop panel with 99 detectors & 99 modules & upto 200 detectors and modules (per each loop) complete all specified and directed.

Detectors Complying with and type certified to EN - 45 analogue Addressable type multi sensor heat and smoke detector combination type Photoelectric /Optical with base with self built intelligence as per IS: 11360 (To be provided below and above false ceiling) complete all specified and directed.
